10/10 for Customer service and pricing. Friendly and polite staff, always come away with a positive customer service experience when I call in. Only complaint is a small(ish) Classic movie selection of John Wayne movies :) Otherwise highly recommended

Amazing service by one of the managers. Very informative with product information and warranty coverage. Pleased with actual item availability at this store for both my click & collect order and a replacement device.

Great service here. Needed to replace a faulty Fitbit purchased through Flybuys. Had the receipt and thank goodness for the young lady who searched for about 20 minutes to find their version of my receipt in their system. And the young gentleman who provided a seat while I waited patiently

I always enjoy going to JB Hi-Fi. It's chockablock with all things home entertainment. I've found the sales people very helpful and knowledgeable. The prices are keen and there is some room to negotiate a better deal. The position is prominent but parking is a little bit limited when it gets busy. Generally you'll always get good quality and value.

Went in on Monday,had a problem paring wife's smart watch to phone,but they did it for me took about 10 mins,I had been on it about 2 hours,great bunch of staff,well ✅

Excellent range and service. I purchased a go pro 11 today along with all of the accessories I needed. Price was on point and service from Dan was fantastic. He knew his stuff, gave me all the time needed and was a good guy to deal with. Nice one JB Capalaba.
