Bay Explorers Early Learning Deception Bay

I have three children who have each attended Bay Explorers, the last of whom is in kindergarten this year.

The kids have had many favourite educators and so have I. I have always been welcome to talk to staff when I'm dropping off or picking up. I remember as a nervous new parent at the centre, being encouraged to call as many times as I needed to. No matter who answered or how many times I rung, I was met with compassion and patience. This place has always had a culture of respecting parents wishes and the kids as individuals. There are at least three staff here today that were there when we started in 2015.

Our daughter has been attending Bay Explorers since 2020. We have never been able to fault them. The premises is always clean and tidy. We always feels welcome as soon as we enter the door. The educators will always go above and beyond for the children. You can tell that the kids adore each and every staff member. Bay Explorers have their own chef on premises, cooking nutritious and delicious meals for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea. The team are always asking for input from families in regards to what the childs interests are so they can work it in to the program they are teaching. We appreciate each member and will always highly recommend them. We will dearly miss them all when our little one heads off to prep next year, but we know she will fully prepared thanks to Bay Explorers.

My daughter has been going to this school for 2years now and she’s been learning so well coming home with beautiful manners. Love seeing the beautiful photos and food plans. Very satisfied service.
I purchased 3x daycare shirts in size 2 fits perfectly, good material and breathable.

Our girls had the pleasure of going through Bay Explorer’s Deception Bay- Hannah and Lilly. Honestly they were amazing, facility is clean, the team are approachable and very friendly. Our elder daughter is autistic and despite having learning delays and needing support, the team were more than happy to support her in anyway they could from the advice provided by her occupational therapists, speech therapists and Austism Queensland support team. I want to thank the entire team for all the love and care provided to our girls throughout their Bay Explorers journey! You all do an amazing job and we are very happy that you were there to support our girls through their early childhood learning needs. Thank you!! We know Lilly will miss- Miss Danny and Hannah will miss- Miss Fleur! We can’t thank everyone at Bay Explorers team enough!

The educators at this daycare are absolutely amazing. Fleur has my little guy who has asd in her room and she’s incredible with him. I can’t recommend this daycare highly enough!

My grandson has attended this centre for the past 3 years. As an Early Childcare Educator I can highly recommend this centre. The staff are passionate and enthusiastic. They always go above and beyond to help families achieve the best outcomes for our next generation. The meals are prepared and cooked onsite. They are nutritious and well varied. The rooms and resources provided are outstanding.

My grandson has attended this service for nearly 2 years. The educators are caring and friendly. They are always professional and welcoming. My grandson loves the outdoor spaces and this service has very large playgrounds in comparison to others in the area. Nothing is too much trouble for management and the centre is well resourced. Highly recommend this one

What a beautiful place this centre is! Bay explorer is our 4th daycare for our 2 kids and we absolutely love it and adore our educators. very clean and always tidy, it has nice playground, it's spacious with beautiful gardens for the kids to explore. I love it because I can leave my kids knowing they are safe and are loved by their educators when we can't be there for them. Thank you our second family 🫂💜

. If you're looking for a best quality care for you little one, this is it. The centre itself is beautiful, clean, open, vibrant & playful. My son has attended this centre from toddlers to kindy… he was just one when he first started in this centre. It was not just a centre but actually a second home for my son..
Educators are lovely and aimed to create a bond and connection with the children Which is important and teaching life skills at an early stage.

I just saw one negative review and cannot believe that this is true. My granddaughter was there from being a baby until this year starting prep. My 4 year old grandson is also there. We cannot fault the love and care given by the educators and director. The chef also does an amazing job. She bakes bread specifically to cater for our little man. Communication has never been a problem for me personally. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have loved having our children at the centre! They have made great bonds with the educators and other children, they learn so much and have so much fun!

Since my daughter started at this daycare last year she is loving it the educators are all lovely and wonderful with her they look after her so great I can't ask for such a careering daycare centre and educators thank you for teaching my daughter

We moved our girls over to this Day care about 8 months ago and honestly the best decision we could have made. The teachers are incredible and caring and my girls growth is amazing!!

This is the best place you can send your babies too. They are caring loving and just fantasic people

No fully qualified Kindy teacher was a great disadvantage to the learning and prep Director along with many new incompetent Educators lack the warmth,empathy and nurturing as previously shown before 2021 Parents and children are now just numbers lost the friendly family vibe. I would not recommend DBay Bay explorers.
