McDonald's

The young staff are very pleasant and appear eager. Orders were politely taken, and items were quickly dispensed. A very positive is the freshly cooked chips, crunchy and hot. May not sound like much, but hot crunchy chips make a wonderful impression.

When I ask for fresh fries they do it not a problem and when they pass my drink I say can please make sure there the fries are full they do it without a complaint and with understanding...so now when I go through if the girls or managers recognise me they pass my meal saying fresh and full... THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!

I had a sundae for the first time in years and was really disappointed. Paper cup is small compared to the plastic ones of old and it was not filled up.
As for stars, meh it's maccas.

Whether you like Macca's or not, you always know what you are gonna get. I have had big macs in about 10 different countries and they are always EXACTLY the same. That's what I like about Macca's. Well, that and the friendly staff, the incredible speed at which they get my food in my hands, (I am talking about drive thru's as I rarely go inside anymore), and the accuracy of the orders. It must be more than 10 years since there was a mistake in my order. As opposed to that big chicken joint who manage to mess my order up about 1in 3 times.
They are not the world's number 1 fast food joint by accident.
They must have a magnificent training operation as I can't ever remember coming across a rude McDonald's staff member. Always a pleasure to stop in and grab a quick bite and be on my way within about 3 minutes on average I reckon.
Lots for kids to do there if you have them. Which is great for kids I guess and parents get a bit of a break. But that's the main reason I avoid going in these days. Kids are dirty, noisy, annoying mini humans. But, they are very well provided for.
Only blemish is the new straws. It's a great move for the environment but they need to find another non plastic solution for the frozen drinks because those paper straws don't cut it for the frozen drinks.
Besides that very minor thing.. another satisfied customer.

The girl who served me last night was probably the most friendly and happy custome service staff member I have been served by from ANY business in the last 15 years. A credit to the company.

These guys make the BEST coffee in the area! The staff are always super friendly and professional. Great job 👍

I think Bailey at the front counter was great he took my order quickly and although it was missing items the first time him and the team were quick to fix it, he was even doing surveys in between. I was quiet happy with my experience today (10/05/2023 @ 6pm)

Drive through, happy friendly staff! Food was good and order was hot and correct!

This store has definitely improved over the last 6 months. I had left a bad review but I'm confident in changing it to 5 stars. There's still some times I get warmish, nearing cold food but majority wins and majority is very fresh.

I love getting my coffee from here before I go to work at 2am in the morning. The best cappuccino ever 💕

The young lady on the drive thru was very polite and sounded happy to be there, was fast service with fresh hot great tasting coffee and Mcmuffins.

I'm not normally one to enjoy the Macca's experience as I usually find a lack of, well everything. However, the service was great, the restaurant and facilities clean and the food was fresh and hot at this restaurant. Much appreciated!

Didn't have chocolate soft serve and thought I was going to abuse them for it. It's a sad work we live in when people get that upset over the flavour of their ice cream. They were relieved it didn't bother me and gave me extra chocolate topping, and I enjoyed chocolate overload. Moral of the story: it costs nothing to be kind.

Friendly service. A couple of new staff members learning the ropes, but still very friendly and helpful. Be patient and smile, it does wonders for recieving great service.

5 stars 🌟 for how they run the business.

Food I'd only recommend if the rare occasion however.

Had the best experience tonight at deception bay Maccas. I got served by Caitlin and Harley they genuinely took customer service to the next level. Definitely will be back again!!
