rebel Capalaba

I shop at rebel often , mostly garden city & have found it to be very good . Today i went to capalaba rebel to exchange some shorts and was very happy with the service from the young girl at the counter who made sure i left with correct purchase , i didnt catch her name but it was at 2.30 pm monday the 8th jan . Thank you for helping me so much .

Went in this afternoon for some new Christmas gifts, the store was understaffed and the crew that were working still managed to make my experience a breeze. Absolute legends.

Everytime I have come to capalaba the team have always helped and not just pointed you in the direction but would take you and then help you. But the staff that work around footwear are so unbelievably amazing. Even when it can be busy they engage and will inform you they won’t be long or someone will be here shortly and apologise for the wait etc once you are with a team member you do not feel rushed or even notice how busy it is. They are patient and knowledgeable. I can’t remember her name but on the 12.8 you are an asset to that store and I said it to you on the day but you really deserve a bonus.

Isabella from Capalaba Rebel was an amazing help...went above and beyond to fit me with my first runner's. I hope Rebel Sport see her as an asset to their team. Thank you Isabella and Rebel Sport A+++ service. Super happy customer.

I had an Issue with a product I took it back & the Store Manager & the staff at Capalaba store helped me out especially the store manager the product was replaced no dramas , excellent customer service hence the reason I shop at this store .

We did some shoe shopping here recent and whole stocks were a bit low on sizing, the staff were incredibly helpful.

Happily returned to the store twice to do my Christmas shopping and then again recently for pool floats.

Service was 10/10 every time.

Mondi is the guy you want, polite, patient and knowledgeable. He spent over an hour with me making sure I got the right equipment I needed, seriously give that guy a raise.
Customer service is a dying thing and it was so refreshing to get that level of care and attention.

11/10 for that alone.

I love to use real Capalaba online to see what they have on sale before going in.
Also grate for kids birthday presents 🎁 hat's, water bottle, mini space jam basketball 🏀.
