The staff and owners of Bayside BBQ and outdoor centre were enormously helpful. We missed a sale on a Traeger pellet smoker by 1 day and when we rang to enquire they reset the price online so we could buy at the discounted rate

In store when we went to pick it up we were helped by Aaron, and he kept the amazing service going, giving advice on some accessories we wanted and helping load everything into our car.

We drove 1.5 hours to pick everything up and it was all well worth it, amazing people with a great range in store. Thank you again for all your help.

What a fantastic local business. George went out of his way to help us find what we were looking for. His service, knowledge and friendly banter made shopping for an outdoor kitchen a fun experience. George was very knowledgeable on all products and was able to show us different styles and configurations that would suit our space. Your products have really made a new room in our house.

Great collection to suit all needs with knowledgeable staff and great service without any sales pressure. This is our second bbq purchase. This time It took us a few months to decide on the outdoor kitchen and each time we went there we were provided with all details ans information needed. There was a small issue post installation which was promptly and appropriately fixed. Highly recommended.

I had a great experience buying my new Camp Chef smoker from this business. George was helpful, not pushy and gave great service.

Just fantastic, great service, great range, I purchased a Masterbuilt 800, I needed to see them in person, that had them all set up, best BBQ smoker one could ask for. I will make the effort to buy all my supplies from them in the future!

After 5 stores, this was the only one in Brisbane that actually had stock! I was frustrated, tired and just wanted a BBQ. These guys were understanding, had stock and were helpful. Can't recommend this store and the staff enough.

after being given the run around by both BBQs Galore and Bunnings ( and wasting many $$ in the process ) I found these guys and they really know their stuff... solved all my problems in minutes.... their product knowledge is fantastic.
