Chemist Warehouse Blacktown

Fantastic experience all round, my wife and I went to chemist warehouse blacktown to get something for my daughters lingering cough, and couldn’t be happier with the customer services from the pharmacist and the customer services attendants, providing helpful advise and direction to get the right product for us, thanks again team at chemist warehouse blacktown!

Shoutout to Zach for going out of his way to check stock in the back for me, usually at most Chemist Warehouse stores I just get shrugged off when I ask about stock being in stock on the website but not able to see it in the store so it was very surprising to see him go out of his way and come back with the item I was after.

The guard on the door (Sam) is very nice and helpful, any time I’m there he’s always as helpful as he can be along with his other duties and today he went out of his way to see if the item I wanted could be retrieved from the back.

Was constantly checking the site for a few months now to see if the item I purchased was in stock so when I went in and it wasn’t on the shelf I was disappointed but I’m very appreciative of these two guys going out of their way to help me. Legends!

I usually don’t take the time out to write reviews, but I wanted to give a shout out to Abdul! I came to the store looking for a perfume as a Christmas gift. He took the time out to listen to what I wanted. And was super patient despite the fact that I took my time to smell sooo many perfumes. He has EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills and was such a delight. 😊 Thank you again for your help!

I would like to say a huge THANKYOU to Brendan for going above & beyond service today! He took his time to assist me with a product I could not find on the shelf, then went out of his way to check on the computer if it was in stock & persisted to checking stock in boxes. Although he wasn’t able to find the product today, the time, care & assurance in directing me to click & collect service the next day to ensure I received the product was Exceptional! Impeccable service Brandon! Big Thankyou again!

One of the busiest chemist warehouses out there, the security guards here are true legends, they deal with one of the highest theft targeted stores in nsw if not the actual highest with high professionalism and ethic.

I didn't catch her name, but I wanted to thank the pharmacist-in training who served us at the prescriptions-in counter. Not only did she have an excellent and respectful manner towards customers, but she was knowledgeable in medications, vitamins and lifestyle choices to supplement my health care needs.

Kerry at the check out absolute professional. A joy to shop. Very good customer service. Another female team member I didn't ask her name was also very helpful. She was taking me to a section to show a product on the way she helped a couple more customers. What a professional. Saves everyone's time. Well deserved five star.

Never usually write reviews but I wanted to command the pharmacist at chemist warehouse. When I was positive for covid I contacted them and advised them I was positive and needed some over the counter medication urgently. They were extremely helpful and organised for me to pay over the phone and it was delivered that day. Being in isolation is stressful especially when your in situations where you need something urgently and you feel stuck. The team at chemist warehouse did an excellent job in ensuring I had everything I needed. Thank you team!

CW is the place with reasonable and the most discounted medicines I have ever seen. In my most recent experience at CW Blacktown, I was helped by pharmacist ANN and she had gone above and beyond her time and effort to help me. This was to get my scripts billing ready for insurance claims. The wait time was there, but I knew that mine was getting processed. A really pleasant experience and this proves again that the real asset of any company are it’s people.

Absolutely fantastic.Super fast delivery.. I ordered online.. and pick from store. Online order was ordered around 10 am and was delivered by 11.15 am . then my online order was placed in 15 minutes got a message and its ready... I highly recommend Chemist Warehouse Blacktown... I went to buy Baby formula and it was all empty on shelves which we desparately need and asked one of the staff not sure of the name where rudely said whatever on there that's all we have and I asked another staff by the name Amy and she went all above and beyond for baby checked on top of the shelves where she didn't find any and went back in store room which was found and provide for me. Very happy with the Amy's service!!!

Met the greatest service and knowledge by a Pharmacist call Dena( may be wrong spelling can't remember just saw her name by name tag). Also got a new security guy very polite will greet and thank you customer.

been a customer since it began. Used to go to Toongabbie store Now I live here in Black-town I shop here. Staff a good and friendly. some price differences are to be expected but on the whole I find the store quite an experience. bought four pair of shoes there for $8 can't complain about that now can you. .......... HAPPY CUSTOMER
