Hearing Centre- My Audiologist - Hearing Aids & Tinnitus

I developed a hearing issue that needed to be assessed and I googled audiologists in the Wynnum/Manly area, and the usual chain stores popped up. I didn't know which one to choose, they all look and offer the same. I stumbled upon My Audiologist and liked that it was an independent business. So I made an appointment and fast forward,... it was a great experience. Warm, friendly and inviting staff, and the audiologist was spectacular. She spent a full hour thoroughly diagnosing me, listening to me and gave me far more information than my ENT gave me for the same issue. Highly recommend.

I have been going to Raji for 3 years. She is so friendly, professional and informative. Last year Raji said that my hearing was weak in my left ear but not enough to need hearing aids. However, I did qualify for a set of noise cancelling ear phones. They are absolutely fantastic. If it hadn't have been for Raji mentioning these I would still have the television volume blaring out for the neighbours to also hear. I would highly recommend Raji. Thank you so much

When my hearings and my Bluetooth needed fixing this is the best place to go . Amazing service and staff took care of what I needed and the job done perfectly I highly recommend them and if I'm back in Aus won't hesitate to go back for hearing needs

My 87yo elderly father had recently had a very negative experience with trialing new hearing aids which he deemed totally unsuitable for his current capacity and we’re returned. He was rather distressed over the whole event and didn’t know what to do. So after I reassured him that there were other audiologist out there we could try, and some Google research, I found Raji at My Audiologist at Wellington Point.

From the moment we walked in my elderly Dad was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Raji listened to him and immediately put him at ease with her gentle nature and wonderful bedside manner. Raji managed to help sort out the issues with his older style hearing aids and set them up to his preferences. Raji reassured him that when he was ready, she would help him transition to new hearing aids as his older ones are no longer supported. And just last week my dad started trialing new hearing aids under the guidance of Raji.

I can’t thank Raji and her team enough for all the help they have given to my father. Highly recommend!!

Raji at MyAudiologist was absolutely wonderful. She took a very holistic approach to helping with my tinnitus, and helped to reassure me that there are solutions and ways to help reduce the noise, or at least my awareness of it. She provided a light at the end of the tunnel that I haven’t seen in a very long time.

I went to see Raji after getting sudden hearing loss over a long weekend when everything was closed. She kindly took me in and made an accurate diagnosis which helped with my tinnitus and ongoing care. My Audiologist is a professional and caring small business that I highly recommend!
