Terrible. Dr Anderson is the ONLY reason to ever visit this place. The administration have clearly been told to charge everyone "all they can".

I USED to have this as my local practice for years until I was unable to make an appointment (I am disabled). And I was sent a bill for the missed appointment. When calling to find out it was their NEW policy. I worked out that I had missed less than 1% of my appointments in all the time I had been there every month. But had had to WAIT on average more than 30 minutes. So I refused to pay it. I was sent an additional one. And this was when I decided to not pay anything and left on principal. You are not OBLIGATED to pay something they make up on the fly. So don't!
*Terrible. I am so much happier up the street with another place.
