Healthyworld Pharmacy Garden City Lower Level

Been going here for years, great pharmacy. They're lovely pharmacists, I use them for flu shots, vaccines, prescriptions and general medicines. Good range and prices on vitamins, hair stuff, insoles, pharmacy stuff.

Trans friendly, very polite to me and my friends. Changed my title in the system to Mx upon request.

Been given lots of good advice about medication combos and timings, as well as price alternatives and medicare/insurance coverage.

I would like to give special attention to Chris, Lisa, Jonathan, Laura and Kim, who are all lovely people that I'm glad to know and that help me so much. They brighten my day.

The place is right next to a food court and couple grocery options if your meds are gonna take a while to procure, and they are happy for you to put a script in and come back later to pickup. As an example I have been in and out in 5 minutes, and I have dropped off my request and come back hours later at the end of my shopping trip to pick up and pay. Lovely!

The only con is that phone reception is bad in there, sometimes I have to leave the store to transfer money, but they know about it and can't do much because of where they are in the greater shopping centre building.

Extremely helpful chemist, willing to do the very best for us, Shaz went out of his way to ensure I received my meds, including tracking them down, emails etc. I am very impressed by everyone who works here. A truly caring pharmacy.

8/11/2023 i came in after 9 am to get some sandals .Was being served by Roz .I told her of my foot problem and she straightaway pulled out several sandals to try. She kept on advising me on what will suit me best .In other words a lot of attention was given to me and i got two pairs of sandals in the end.

The staff were brilliant today helped me with everything I needed and were bright and cheerful as well. Big shout out to Kim for very personable amazing customer service.

The Pharmacist, Shaz, is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to medication. I phoned recently and was greeted on the phone by a lovely lady (maybe Lauren?) who was very friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier with their service!

I spoke to the manager this morning and l wanted him to know what brilliant, helpful staff works in the chemist....l won't go to any other chemist.

The pharmacist/gp is very helpfu and kind. My passport needed to be certify and he just certify it for free of cost. I have been searching all over Brisbane and it cost around $200. Good thing this chemist is very kind, saves me heals of money. Very happy.

Really good service from the manager. (Forgot his name) I have been to 5 pharmacy for a prescription medicine. This pharmacy is the first one and only one trying to call my doctor for any replacement and since the doctor has finished work, he then go 2nd option to call other pharmacy for brain storming. He finally sorted the problem,. A good pharmacist would really help the business.

Absolutely love this place.This morning I went in to get a lot of different paper and e-scripts. My e-script wasn’t working and my doctor had given me the wrong dosage so Emmanuel helped me and went above and beyond even though they were busy and didn’t need to. Emmanuel was so nice and patient and tried organising everything and even called my doctor for me.

I have been using this pharmacy since before covid and they have never been anything but amazing! Thank you!

If your using medicinal cannabis or any script or non script medication I highly recommend this pharmacy Shaz and the team are absolutely amazing I have been along time customer at this chemist (14 years) and have always felt very well looked after. I’m new to the medical cannabis and was going through another pharmacy but when Shaz the chemist at healthy world pharmacy approached me to let me know they can now supply medical cannabis on script we talked and I now get all my medical cannabis through these guys Shaz is amazing made me feel like it wasn’t taboo treated it just like any other prescription (I was feeling judged at the other pharmacy I was using). The best part is this pharmacy isn’t out to make money off you they do cannabis scripts at the RRP unlike the pharmacy I was using who charge approximately $60 more than RRP. So next time you want a caring reliable pharmacy and team head ro Healthy World Garden City they’re the best.

very pleasant, they allow me to have my preferred name printed on my labels (I'm transgender and haven't changed my name legally just yet), and I don't generally have to wait too long for my medications.

The chemist shaz was very helpful and very patient with me and friends.

Special thank to Christine as she worked so hard to get my father's crucial medications on time prior to his travel. I appreciate her efforts
