Tanja's Cafe & Restaurant

Popped in here for breakfast after spending the night in Cleveland after a wedding. The loveliest staff greeted us. I had Eggs Benedict with Bacon, and it was scrumptious. Hubby had the Simple brekky of bacon, eggs, tomato, and toast, which he said was yummy. Our coffees were also great at the perfect temperature. Would definitely visit again as prices were very reasonable as well.

This is a beautifully situated suburban cafe right in the heart of Wellington point. It has a good selection of menu items with very helpful and attentive wait staff and a fantastic array of baked goods and good coffee! I think if you were to go anywhere in Wellington point this would be the place. The lunch menu is very reasonably priced and very quick service. But by far the highlight meal was the Mediterranean pizza. It was absolutely delicious and would go back simply just to have that pizza again.

Staff were great, reminding us of cut off time for brekky orders as we were waiting on a family member.
Eventually ordered without them and a mist delicious breakfast was served up at reasonable prices.
It was such a lovely spot to sit outside, part sun part shade.
A cake cabinet displayed some beautiful treats, while next door a fairly new section is a dedicated patisserie.
Plenty of parking out front and also at back of shop.
Staff were very pleasant and accomadating and service was not too slow in getting our meals and drinks.
Would certainly return here.

Breakfast was amazing. We had the Breakfast Bruschetta and Eggs Benny Croissant with coffee. Food was delicious and fresh and the perfect way to start a Saturday. Staff were very friendly and we will definitely be back!

The must place to go to when in Wellington Point is this place. Tanya's Cafe on Wellington Point is our recommendation to go to for coffee, cake, lunch or Dinner. We had just returned from celebrating a friends birthday feeling satisfied and totally content with the food and drink. The food is amazing, the service outstanding, coffee and cake to die for. Our table for nine had been booked few days ago and when the day came for us to celebrate the birthday we were greeted with a smile and a friendly banter between us and the staff. We live in the area for over 35 years now and Tanyas's has always been our choice for coffee and cake. Why? Because it is the place to be. I highly recommend this place to you. If you are an overseas visitor and in the area please place Tanya's a must place to sit and enjoy the warmth the owners and staff share with their customers. We have never ever been disappointed with the service. As an added bonus after your coffee n cake take a short drive to the point, take a walk on the peer, observe King Island an if you are lucky enough to catch low tide you can walk around the island. What more do you want in a days outing at Wellington Point. If you are there still at dusk and could partake in a seafood basket or a steak and beer don't forget to return to Tanya's. You will nor be disappointed. 😃

Fantastic brunch

One of the best brunches we have had on our holiday in Australia over the last 6 weeks. The service was great and seafood salad was excellent. One of the best coffees we have had in Australia.

Went for a small visit to the Wellington beach. And dropped in to the tanjas cafe. Extremely tasty food with super friendly staff. Loved the experience, without a big dent on the pocket. Highly recommended!

A wonderful experience. Greeted with a warm and friendly smile and treated to the most delicious lunch and fresh baked sweets. As a baker myself, I rarely enjoy baked goods but these were exceptional. I will be back.

Had excellent coffee and cake with family and friends Bill and Lyn Upton here today. Great location and reasonable prices. Plenty more to offer on the menu as well if would prefer a more substantial meal. Shame Pete and Rhonda from First National could not make it. Always next time i say. Thank you for your service.

Very nice spot indeed, nice friendly staff, great coffee, and relaxing environment will definitely be here more regularly. Well worth visiting it's beautiful with the music in the background, if thinking of coming.. You Should it's 12/10

Had a lovely dinner with husband after an afternoon walk. Great food, friendly staff, an excellent service. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed a lovely meal with my mother. We both enjoyed our meals, fresh OJ and the food was a tasty generous serving.

Wide variety of delicious desserts. Coming back on Thursday the 20th, to enjoy live music.

Great coffee and seafood basket, very fresh salad and the seafoods deep fried very well, good environment and service.
