Sea veiw apartment which sleeps 6. Tidy apartment, everything you need all in one with a great veiw! Pool and spa also great to relax and enjoy with friends and family! very close to everything else on surfers paradise. Awesome experience all round, would highly recommend 👌.

Gavin, Holy and the team were great. They were always on hand to help in any way possible.
The unit was clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and will stay with them again. Well done to all .

This is our 3rd stay at Focus. We had a city view in a standard room on the 4th floor. Spacious apartment with the patrolled beach opposite and a short stroll to all shops, cafes, attractions etc. Onsite pool is a must. We'll be back.

Very clean apartmen. Just a cross from the beach of Surfer Paradise. Perfect place for family vacation.

I stayed here with my extended family there was a load of us in a three bedroom flat. And we found it had Multi million dollar views excellent of either Hinterland and city or all the lovely Surfers Paradise beach to Coolangatta.

Facilities are close to all the action. Would stay here every day if I could. While a little dated in decor, everything is clean and fresh. Only two blocks away from Cavill Avenue for fun stuff and meals.

If you want to stay within the building you can as It has a heated pool and spa, a wading pool For the little ones.

Plenty of sun chairs, tables and chairs for the sun lizards. gorgeous LARGE garden to walk in, with the barbecue area that fits large families It is easy to use and kept quite clean.

As well as the spa it has a sauna, Gym and table tennis in it’s own building near the pool as well as the tennis court and a basketball court!!!!!!!

You feel really secure as you need the fob to get into all the places. I would highly recommend staying here And will hundred percent be staying here again and again and again.

Special mention for the hotel manager Gavin who is seriously always looking out for his guests and their needs.

You deserve a pay raise!

Focus apartments were fantastic,from start to finish.
The booking was easy to make and the help in all things even after hours was superb.
The rooms were more than we expected and with all things available to be either self contained or eat out,you could not ask for a better experience at a great nightly rate.
I would highly recommend Focus apartments to anyone from Qld,or interstate for a stay at the Gold Coast

5 star rating, only thing we could knock was I peice of bread crust or something left on the fridge. Great location great service great view clean and tidy reasonably priced. Loved our 4 night stay from Newzealand.

Tonight is my last night of an 11 night stay and I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for accommodation in the middle of everything without the huge price tag. Beach is right across the road. Everything is within walking distance from supermarkets and pharmacies to Cavil avenue with all the shops restaurants and activities you’d ever need. Sea World is just up the road and the other fun parks are about a 20-25 minute trip even during peak hours. Now, yes this is an old building but it’s clear that the owners have spent a lot of money renovating. We had a 3br apartment facing the ocean and, despite the assertions of other reviewers, ours was very clean and tidy. Yeah there’s only a little tube of shampoo and body wash when you get there. Coles is a 10 minute walk up the road. Buy your own 🙄The front desk staff were absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble from extra blankets, a fold out bed or even a basketball / tennis rackets for the kids to use. The pool, spa, sauna, bbq area is absolutely on point. The only downside to my experience here is that the esplanade has its fair share of idiots revving their cars or motorbikes so it can get a little loud at times.. but this isn’t the hotels fault. I also saw people say they had hot water issues and I didn’t have any. Even with 3 teenagers spending 4 hours a day in the damn thing. So don’t be too put off about some of the Karen reviews, this place is sound and you’ll have a good time☺

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. We had the three bedroom apartment with the main bedroom having an ensuite.
Beach views from the balconies were stunning.
Each room had a balcony viewing the ocean and the living room had a balcony with a view of the city.
Large master bedroom, roomy second and third bedroom.
Large and roomy living room, comfortable kitchen.
Two bathrooms, Laundry had a washer and drier.
Kitchen had a full refrigerator, Stove, Oven, Toaster, Kettle and all things needed for cooking and eating.
I will definitely be staying here again.

Very spacious apartment, well appointed 1 minute walk to the beach. Fantastic beach/ocean views. Everything at your fingertips in the apartment. Absolutely love this place for the spaciousness. Could do with some maintenance in the apartment, but other than that it's absolutely fabulous 👌

Love this property. The 3 bedroom apartments have the larger balcony and a lager living and kitchen space. Close to the beach, great pool area, well kept gardens and BBQ area. Just wish there was a pet friendly unit (or two) so our fur baby could join us.

Beautiful accomodation! Spectacular views, absolutely amazing. In a really great spot within walking distance of all the shopping/trams everything you need. The reception staff were so warm and friendly, also accomodated an extra guest at short notice and were really awesome about it. When we come back, will definitely book in at Focus Apartments again! :)

Apartment had everything we needed. Staff were so lovely. Check in was a breeze. And the views were incredible!

Recently renovated, and a fantastic location. Staff here are great too with plenty of facilities included onsite and nearby. Stay here! New site manager does an awesome job maintaining the pool, tennis court and common areas. Stay here!

I and my friends stayed at Focus for a week, the location of the building is awesome, just a few meters from the beach, the place has many amenities such as pool, bbq area, jacuzzi and even a sauna! The staff was very friendly and helped us with directions or suggestions on what to do while we were there. We even got to know Megs, Diana and Rebecca, thank you very much for your hospitality, we'll definitely come back!

We stayed 2 nights & the apartment was more than we expected, clean, awesome view & the staff (Wendy) were so friendly, a very pleasant weekend away from home. Looking forward to staying here again & I would highly recommend them. Thank you Wendy for everything, husband loved his birthday weekend

We always stay at focus, the most beautiful place on earth. Everyone is so friendly, it's our home away from home. Can not wait to go back and let my family relax. Our Stay at Focus appartments was amazing the night staff were beautiful and helped us by arranging a unit at short notice as we had originally booked a privatly owned unit (UNIT 23) via airbnb which the bed collapsed the kitchen sink was blocked and had multipule other issues. The hosts are dishonest and nasty people. Please never ever book this unit always go through Focas and you will have an amazing holiday.

Is very nice, clean and centrally located place in surfers paradise. Had a great experience and stay and made for a great family vacation place to stay
