Miss Hoian

From the moment our family stepped into Miss Hoian, we were enveloped by the genuine warmth of the staff, a prelude to the culinary journey ahead. The authentic tapestry of Vietnamese flavour food tantalised the palate with its depth and intricacy. The presentation was impeccable, each dish seemed like a work of art. The harmonious balance of traditional and contemporary in their dishes speaks volumes about their reverence for Vietnamese cuisine. This isn't just a meal, it's an experience. Highly recommended for those seeking the true essence of Vietnam on a plate.

We braught. our own bottle of wine. I had duck tamarinde which was very tasty and modestly hot, what I loved. The beautiful waitress was very friendly. The freshly cooked meals arrived in minutes.

Such a gem of a restaurant in Golden Beach...great food, great service - the chicken wontons are delish as are the Curries and Chefs Specials always a delight.

This is my experience at Miss Hoi An. Firstly when I arrived inside the restaurant, it was filled with beautiful ornaments and flowers. Secondly, I realised that the staff were very lovely and they all loved children.
Lastly, the food was incredible.
I will definitely come back to this restaurant.

Had dinner at Miss Hoian and couldn’t be any happier with the food, service and staff.
The ladies working in the restaurant have lovely and warm smiles that make you feel comfortable in one second and the food is simply delicious. We had spring rolls, chilli calamari, green curry and satay stir fried and we couldn’t even choose what was our favourite.
The place was busy even though it was a Tuesday night, I’m so glad that a lot of people appreciate this restaurant.
Absolutely recommended, not a single negative note.

Fantastic flavours across a generous menu. Very warm and friendly service. Cosy place, did not disappoint and had fairly reasonable prices. Would recommend for a week night, and best to get a few dishes to share rather than one thing per person.

What a lovely casual dining experience. The food was so beautiful and fresh. We recently enjoyed 3 dinners @ Miss Hoian while holidaying at Golden Beach. Great varieties to choose from.

My husband and I don't eat out much, only on social occassions like birthdays and anniversaries. Since we have moved to the Sunshine Coast 19 years ago we have tried a few restaurants around the coast, 5 star ones, little family owned ones, pubs etc. as a "home cook" that cooks all sorts of wonderful foods, we are and have been disappointed more often than not every single time, even at The Spirit House!
We went here last night for my husbands birthday. It was reasonably busy, with the staff taking care of seated customers as well as a long stream of take away customers. There were only 3 staff working.
We sat outside and got water immediatley. WIthin 7 minutes the waitress was out asking if we were ready to order.
We ordered the vegetable spring rolls, tumeric chicken and lemon grass chicken.
The spring rolls came out and OMG they were DIVINE. first bite we both knew immediatley they were made in house. The pastry was crisp and fresh and the flavour was very unique.
the mains followed, about 30mins later, but thats fine it was being made FRESH! It was obvious from the stream of local and regular takeaway customers that this was the place to eat!
When the mains came out, the aromatic smell was incredible. Both dishes looked identical, but tasted completely different! The rice was soft and fluffly, the chicken melted in your mouth and the subtle flavours of ginger and chilli and corriander rolled around in our mouths the whole way home.
the staff were so lovely, very professional, attentive. the restaurant was clean, lovely decor and ambience.
We will most definately be back,
i do beleive we have our new place. Looking forward to working our way through the menu!

We ordered takeaway from Miss Hokian tonight and tried six different dishes. They were all delicious! I couldn't fault them. My only regret is that we are holidaying here and don't have them best us in Brisbane. Really yummy.

Always fresh and delicious every time I go there. Lovely staff. It’s a Small shop so grab a takeaway meal and walk down to the beach to enjoy.

We've been to a lot of vietnamese restaurants all around the world and this little one in caloundra is absolutely the freshest, tastiest and best meals by far.
Only a very small place and very casual.
If you like asian food then this place is a must.
