Chill Cafe 89.

I'm loathe to write this review cause the place is so good I don't want to share it with others. I just want it for myself, the best oysters, amazing food and coffee and delicious cold beers. Mine mine mine I tell you! Seriously though, 6 stars 💙

Like a F&C shop that said "Let's take it to the next level" !! That might confuse some diners but it's a tough market these days and everyone has an opinion. I was made to feel welcome, attended to throughout my experience ☺🙏 Food was pretty good .. a usual thing going on is emphasis on creamy contents .. fish taco could have done with less mayo in the coleslaw since there was ample avocado but still 5 stars because I get the feeling they care and have passion

I can't stop thinking about this cafe. I live 3 hours away and I have not been able to find a slow cooked lamb to match. It should definitely be added to the normal menu as it just melts off the bone and was absolutely delicious!! Also loved the chicken toastie. During my stay at Golden Beach I ate here for Brekky, Lunch or Dinner all were fantastic.

Great Golden Beach cafe, accepting walk-ins and bookings. Tasty meals like my fave Eggs Benedict, Bacon Hollandaise Sauce on Turkish bread the menu includes GF options, with hot, cold, juice drinks served by enthusiastic friendly staff who ensure you'll want to return. Pricing is very reasonable and Chill Cafe 89 has a nice feeling and ambiance right on the sandy Sunshine Coast, so drop in and look after our local cafe's by picking up a cap, shirt, stubby holder they'll love you for it....

Cool spot with a great view! The bruschetta was perfect 😍 We had the chicken parmigiana and the salt & pepper calamari. Both very delicious, not to mention the cocktails! Lovely wait staff too. Will bring the family back next time we visit!

What a pearl of a cafe. Literally on the beach with a view to die for. First time visitor with a local friend were spoiled with the food, service and energy that the cafe offered. An excellent menu with daily specials tempted us upon our arrival. I had the special, a Thai beef Salad. Sensual, perfectly cooked and spicy beef complimented by a flavour full salad. One of the nicest meals I’ve had in a long time. A perfect location for two old friends to catch up.

Opens at 6am every day!
On a Sunday, this was the only place open early in Golden Beach.
Overlooking the Esplanade, you can sit and watch the boats go by and pelicans play.
The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. In particular, Janelle could not do more to make us feel welcome.
Hubby had the savoury mince for breakfast and I had the breaky wrap. Both were cooked to perfection.
They hold events and functions, and do lunches every day as well as dinner on Friday and Saturday nights.
We loved the ambiance and will be back!

We absolutely love coming here! The staff are beautiful, friendly and always accommodating, the food is amazing, we have had breakfast here, whether the ham omelette, vegetarian or big breakfast, coffee is always nice, for lunch we've tried the Spanish mackerel, grilled Mooloolaba prawns, Mediterranean lamb all so yummy, on the weekend we come here for Coffin Bay Oysters and oyster shots, we like our local beer here too, Heads of Noosa Japanese lager, we enjoy the ocean view and are always welcomed by the owners who just not too long ago made my Birthday even more special, so thank you Dave and Janelle, We adore you 😊❣🙏 Lucie and Ian xxx

Friendly staff. Great Food. Wonderful water view. Dog friendly. Live entertainment at certain times with Happy Hour times advertised from time to time.

Awesome view. Fantastic food. Excellent Coffee. Great service. Went for breakfast with friends after being away for awhile and the Cafe hasn’t changed at all, it is still the best place to enjoy great food.

We had a 70th birthday there 5 years ago and booked out the cafe for the afternoon. Could not fault anything. The owner is a gracious, accommodating man and his staff are next to perfect.
This cafe is a must do. It is open very early and I would recommend booking a table.

What a lovely cafe!! The staff were so hospitable. The location with a perfect beachside view. The menu was innovative: calamari and lychee asian salad, I had. And a tasty steak sandwich, if you like old school.

Absolutely love this cafe, have been a regular since it was the moorings cafe.
The food is always spot on and so is the coffee. Can get crowded at times because the popularity and the amazing location. When I have family come from interstate it’s always our go to as we know the quality of the food is always great, and the location is to so beautiful for family on holidays to take in while enjoying an early morning breakfast.
You Need to book early for a table.
The service can vary some days, understand this is because of new staff training, young wait staff most likely first jobs, but their boss is always right behind them assisting where needed and amazing bloke who makes the atmosphere great as you can see his love for his cafe and customers.

10/10 all round! Epic food, great portions & huge variety. Super friendly staff and delicious coffee!

Great cafe overlooking Golden Beach passage & Bribie Island. Very good long black & a superb Breakkie Burger. We'll be back.

This is the most relaxing place, the owners Dave and Paulette are so friendly and make everyone welcome, the atmosphere is 💖 the music is awesome this is the place you want to be 👍 5 star without a doubt. The staff are very friendly an helpful nothing is too much, you are sitting across from the beach, best place ever ♾
