The Ox never disappoints! The food is always fantastic and atmosphere is very chilled. This time we had a BBQ bourbon & beef burger which was so delicious! And a good ol parmy, which was unbelievably huge!! Thanks for another great meal! We will be back 😋

Quiet & pleasant environment.
The barramundi was to die for, so fresh & seriously the best meal I've eaten out in a long time.

The staff, and my experience at the Oxenford tavern was fantastic.
Especially Keen and Lyndle went above and beyond to help make our experience better to cater for the crew we had to enjoy a retirement of a friend.

Came here for my birthday and the staff were amazing and the food was delicious. I had the steak sandwich and the kids loved their meals (which were free as it was a Saturday) too. No cakeage charge and the staff even gave me a birthday voucher.

Parking was easy and the kids loved the play room (enclosed but close by and in a glass room so we could watch them while relaxing at our seats).

Special thanks to Tanya and Darren who went above and beyond to make it a memorable night. Thank you all for a great evening.

Service was rubbish, waited over an hour for food because they prioritise UberEats orders. Got a refund and left. Will never return and don’t recommend at all. No compensation at all. Appalling management.

Edit: contacted the manager and he sorted us out with a voucher for our dinner. Great that they made an effort to make amends. Cheers to Patrick for the service!

The Ox is my favourite restaurant.The food is always cooked to perfection.Thank you Chefs.The staff are respectful,hard working and well mannered.I eat here every week and it is always a joy.Tanya is the hostess with the mostess.I recommend you visit this wonderful place.

We had a fantastic Christmas lunch,the food and presentation was first class.The staff members were outstanding,and made our day and meal a great Christmas for our family.We will be back next year.

We had our sons birthday party here and we’re treated so wonderfully. They let us bring the cake ahead of time and we’re super accommodating! The atmosphere is always nice and it is the most kid friendly place you could imagine. I believe the manager on duty’s name was Taryn, who was fantastic. Thank you all for making what would normally be stressful nice and easy!

This is a fair pub.
Nice mid range decor, no alfresco.
Good comprehensive menu, nicely presented food, delicious. The QR menu did not work.
Great staff service. The table booking link provided did not work.
Adequate midday parking.

This place is hit and miss. I've had some good meals from here and some pretty average ones. The burgers on the menu are good. There desserts especially the waffle and ice cream is amazing. Wouldn't recommend milkshake or thick shake at all.

We came here for Father's Day and our brother's birthday. My sister recommended this pub as it is very family-friendly and has high chairs aplenty.

The birthday balloons on the table were a thoughtful touch. We were a party of 13 including one energetic toddler who was kept entertained with the kid's play room, free face painting for Father's Day and colouring pens at the table.

I really enjoyed my Market Fish, and majority of our party ordered steaks. Would recommend ordering rare as the medium-rare orders were a little over-cooked and dryer than anticipated. Besides this, everything else was excellent. There were generous sides and great drinks menu - I couldn't eat the cheesy garlic bread but I'm told it's delicious.

Delicious food, very large menu and fast service. It's a little bit more expensive than most pub food but everyone loved their meals.

TO JOSH THE CHEF 👨‍🍳 BEST STEAK I HAVE EATEN IN A LONG TIME PLUS THAT PIZZA WAS INCREDIBLE .

We had lunch on Friday at The Ox. The food was wonderful....the $15 calamari special was large, calamari tender, lovely salad with it. Excellent value and oerfect. The pizzas looked amazing and out tandoori chicken salad was delicious. The service was tops and Darren and Hannah were so kind and helpful and amazingly patient with we 2 old ladies trying to load The Pass on our phones. Their service was friendly and cheerful and made our experience that a very enjoyable one. Nothing was a problen to these 2 staff. We will definitely return. Stephanie
