The staff are accommodating, friendly and willing to lend hands. The shop are spacious , clean and organised. They put all the headset, accessories etc on the left side when you enter the shops. Then on your right side are all the vacuums, fridge,TV etc.. which is easy to spot. They really arrange and done up this joint even the carpet floor are new.

The best thing coming here, sometimes they offered the 60 months interest free,which I always taking advantage of it. They are more affordable and easy on your pocket.
This Oxley shop are one of my favourite in all HN. I don't have any problem so far with all the stuff that I purchased here, specially when your under with their product care. I will highly recommend this shop.

We have bought a number of furniture items through Mika at the Oxley Harvey Norman store and the experience has been exceptional. He never 'pushed' us for a sale, but instead provided lots of knowledge and advice. He worked out delivery for us too which also went smoothly. Would definitely recommend.

Purchased new Acer All in One computer from Lucas. He was very pleasant to deal with, very helpful and very knowledgeable. Dion set up my computer for me which made the whole process so quick and easy. Highly recommend this store, Lucas and Dion.

OMG!!!! Computer knowledge and help at Oxley store is amazing. Lucas spent the time to explain every detail about selecting a cheap laptop for our child. He was amazing.
Do yourself a favour and ask for Lucas he will take time and explain the complexities of the laptops in layman's terms and then find you the perfect solution for you needs. He stayed in budget and maximised the current sales. He was fantastic.

Marc at Harvey Norman went above and beyond to assist my parents in selecting a printer and even helped them with their internet plan. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind throughout the entire process. My parents where very pleased with his service and felt confident in their choices thanks to his expertise Marc's exceptional customer service made their shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Harvey Norman is lucky to have such a lovely gentleman on their team!

The customer service lady helped us with all our inquiries. Almost everything inside the store was on sale as it was February 29! We ended up purchasing a recliner and very timely, the item we wanted was available.

Jamie Scott gave us amazing customer service. We bought a Panasonic A/C for my mother’s granny flat. The A/C died days after installation during the holiday period and through a heatwave. We tried dealing with Panasonic under warranty, however they were terrible to deal with and giving over a month lead time for repair. We called Jamie at Harvey Norman and he had a new unit delivered and installed within 48hrs. Very impressive. Thank you Jamie!

Vinh the young gentleman who helped my family and myself out when we came to pick up our breville grill- thank you for going out of your way to look for the grill for us and thanks for being so sweet and kind about it. You took it upon yourself to help us thank you for your initiative wonderful attitude and friendly nature. I wish we met more people like you in customer service. Harvey Norman this young man deserves a raise because he treats customers extremely respectfully he’s a hard worker and he goes above and beyond to make sure his customers are taken care of even though it was not a sale and he’s not getting commission he just saw we needed help and he didn’t ignore us just helped us with locating our product helped us with the transaction and helped us take it out the car and loading it in for us. Amazing service Vinh and thank you for making our experience at your store a really great experience we have told our friends and family and we will definitely be back!

We visited Harvey Norman, Oxley, after a tv we purchased started ghosting. Our tv was outside of the warranty period.
Vihn, a sales assistant in the audio visual department, explained that we may be able to make a claim under Australian general consumer warranty and fully explained the process for making a claim and went on to send a detailed email to the appropriate centre.
After only a couple of days we were contacted by Samsung and our tv will be repaired by installing a new screen.
Vihn was so helpful, knowledgeable and professional in his handling of our claim. Thankyou Vihn

WOW. A big thankyou to Sarah and staff. My local stores in NSW had no stock as a discontinued line.
I found the very stools on line at the Oxley store QLD. Rung the store, Sarah took the call and yes she could post them to me in NSW. They arrived within days of posting and in A1 condition. Not only was it amazing service but still cheaper even with the big postage amount than here in NSW. Outstanding service and communication.

We were looking at the charcoal/gas/smoker BBQs and had a few questions. The first member of staff quickly realised we needed someone with hands on expertise and introduced us to Peter. He explained how the newer pellet smokers worked and the traditional ones. Being a foodie and having excellent customer service skills, he answered all of our questions and taught us something new too. Thanks for all your help.

Big thank you to Sopi in the bedding department, and to Phil in the electrical department for our furniture and TVs in our new home. Harvey Norman has excellent quality and we are extremely happy with our purchases.
