Christie was very easy to contact and always prompt to resolve any issues we had. I've been renting through Peter and his team for over 10 years. I can't praise them highly enough for their professionalism and attention to detail, and hope I never have to rent through anyone else. They are quick to respond to any issues and are always friendly and helpful.

We have been renting our investment property thought Professionals for several years. Our experience has been exceptional. Always had great tenants and the agency always makes sure the property is well cared for. Our property manager Kobe is excellent - extremely efficient and organised. We have used other agencies previously and nothing compares to Professionals.

The team at PJ Torbey are wonderful to deal with, and made our rental tenancy so easy. Nothing was too much hassle for them, and any maintenance issues were fixed straight away.
When we vacated the property and relocated to Townsville, Kobe handled all the details of our vacate and arranged to have the few things we missed taken care of. She made the whole process so easy and stress free.

Rented through professionals oxley close to 2years, they are professional, understanding and just genuinely nice people. My property manager was Karen and she is the nicest agent ive had ever and ive had several leases. Not only that, any manintence requests were seen to promptly and they don't have a power trip on your rental inspections!!
