Fantastic pharmacy! Staff are so helpful, knowledgeable, kind and remember you by name! They make you feel welcome and such a positive experience! Take the time to learn your scripts and what you need and when you have something new they are always willing to explain it to you! I feel comfortable taking medications as they are explained to me sometimes better than the doctor does! Also it’s great while you wait to shop their amazing products! Recommend 10/10 and a massive thanks to Michelle, Dan and Tanya for their exceptional customer service!

GREAT PLACE SUPER FAST SERVICE LOVELY STAFF

Never too busy. All interactions with staff have been friendly and productive. Personal touch makes it worth the slightly higher prices than big discount chains may offer.

Bed bound with spinal issues and no support these ladies came together to get the medication to me even though short staffed and busy.

It just shows the empathy and work ethic they have.

I am so grateful that someone was there to help!

Even after moving further away from this pharmacy, I still get all of my scripts and other items from here. I love the prices but it's the staff that keep me coming back. I find them extremely helpful, friendly and very welcoming. Customer service is so important.

The team is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. We have been shopping here for years and they're always helpful, excellent service from each and every team member.

From the first time i used peters chemist, when they first opened their doors at the old location I was treated with kindness and respect and i have always found Peter and his staff to be more than accommodating. Sometimes my condition can make me erratic but even at these times they have been patient and understanding. I cannot speak more highly of everyone there and wouldnt hesitate to recommend people to use the pharmacy should the opportunity afford itself. Thank you Peter and staff.

I live in Toowoomba, and my daughter-in-law who lives in Richlands, came down with Covid during the night. A young lady called Thlo (I hope I spelt that right) was an absolute delight and a breath of fresh air, she was able to put together some medication and arrange for it to be delivered in her lunch hour. I can’t thank this pharmacy enough. 💐💐🤗
