Get ready for a feast!

This restaurant offers a relatively rich menu, with a spacious dining environment and plenty of seats. Many families gather here for dinner and birthday celebrations. It combines local flavors with Asian flavors, with meat, vegetables, seafood, desserts, fruits and drinks. The seafood is provided in a timely manner. Every time I go to pick up the food, I find that it has just been put in. When the food is almost collected, there is not enough seafood. I asked the waiter if there is any more, and they gave me a lot more! The price is $45 per person on weekends, which seems to be cheaper on weekdays. Because seafood is provided here on weekends, the price is slightly more expensive than usual. Drinks are paid and picked up by yourself. Basically, everyone who eats here will choose drinks. The overall environment and food are satisfactory, the price is affordable, so there are always many people coming, and the service is also very good. They don’t care whether the guests eat a lot, and always give you the best food, which is very important in a buffet. There are plenty of parking spaces outside the restaurant. Not only are there plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant, but there is also a large parking lot behind the restaurant. There are also special disabled parking spaces at the front of the restaurant, which provides convenience for disabled people to park and dine. I have been here several times before, with my family, and more often I come to this restaurant alone for a big meal! This is not the most high-end restaurant, but the food meets the needs of the masses. In today's soaring prices, the price and food and their service are impeccable.

If you like real taste of buffalo wings don’t order them from hotel Richlands as they taste nothing like buffalo wings 😵‍💫
I would say they are more like sweet chilli wings in the ketchup in the burn crumbs.

Came here for the first time yesterday Tuesday 14/5 to try lunch. Our group ordered four steaks and they came out perfectly cooked as order. Steaks were so juicy and tender. Our Compliments to the chef. Orders came out quickly and staff were smiling and polite.
Went and had a drink and hit in the gaming room which was lovely.
Will definitely be back to try the buffet which looked fantastic

This place is great for families, there is a kids play area you can sign your little ones in to while you order them some food or do a little gamble. Always an enjoyable, relaxed experience at the lions.

Got served by Barb, I think she was an assistant manager, she was an absolute dark and very friendly, really easy to talk to aswell. Great atmosphere. Good food.

Good variety of food.
From fried rice to nuggets, with some pasta options, salad bar, dessert, and fruit options. Pricing has gone up, unfortunately, but not the quality.
Not really kids friendly

So many delicious items to choose from. Something for all. Roasts, veges, salads, chips, chicken nuggets, soup, lasagne, cold meats and desserts are very scrumptious. Too 7ch to list. Staff our friendly and helpful. Wheelchair friendly, children are welcome also. Spacious dining area.

Very nice interior, big casino, lots of seating area and lovely staff. Highly recommend going to. + good ping if you want to use their internet to play a solo cash cup

Great Buffet experience, the hot food selection was adequate, being on par with many other buffets, but the desert selection really stood out with a strong selection of cheesecakes and other delicious deserts. For the price it would be hard to go past. Note we have tried se eral times to go to Hotel Richlands and rang 1 hour before, only to find they are fully booked, if you want to go there it's best to book the day before as every weekend they book out

With the membership price, it's value for money. Staffs are friendly. Food selections are less but with the discounted price and Monday kids are free, I cannot ask for more, done a good job. Will go back again, nice environment.

It took 2 buses and almost 2 hours, the bus was 14 minutes late and we hit just about every red light and I was starving when I got there.

When I left, you could not wipe the smile off my face, that was a heavenly buffet, almost god tier.

2nd best buffet I have been to by quite a margin, and it was only $20, membership is free, I can't even imagine how awesome the dinner's must be, I will sometime next month.

The amount of variety and options of food available is incredible, another lady spoke to me saying how impressed she was as well, every answer was a very ecstatic I Know!

I will have pictures up on my google review/profile with everything I was able to have including a brochure with their different weekly night specials.

Tuesday Taco's & Friday Parmigiana night sounds awesome.

Loved the crackers and cheese with the cold meats available cheese, classic!

Lots of different cultures and international types of food in both hot box section and in other the other sections.

And if you are a dessert lover they have a lot to choose from and they are very creative with some of their creations.

I only interacted with a couple of staff members but they were both friendly and were happy to help me with any questions I had.

Really great food . I would pay at least $20 for the chicken curry at any restaurant but they have in the buffet. Nice food well open plan atmosphere. Well worth the drive from Ormeau.

But there's always a but. Took my family there today for buffet. Still nice food and the girls cleaning up are friendly.

My wife asked the chef if any of the foods have Peanuts. He said he wasn't sure and we should just get our money back and order off menu. So in this day and age a chef cannot tell what's bring served I find hard to believe.

My daughter avoided anything which could have nuts . But wasn't a injoyable experience today. Maybe the Chef should watch a video on someone having a allergic reaction to something like peanuts.

I have never written anything like this as all my reviews are positive. But I'm sorry I have to bring to attention of others.

Richlands Tavern is great. A Reasonably priced feed.
Do not go there if you don't eat much😁

I really enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere

Lots of different varieties of foods. Waiters were super quick in removing finished dishes and were so polite and kind. The atmosphere was cool and terrific

As usual, the food is great, Staff are super friendly. Matilda and the team always do a great job. The variety of dishes are also amazing. The Chef's do a amazing job 👏

Small request- get rid of the baked Salmon and bring back the baked Barra. Or perhaps, alternate the two.

If you have kids, then Mondays would be great for you.

Great value for money
Food range good quality okay quantity on a Wednesday evening was very limited though arrived at 6.30 had ran out of alot of food in which they didn’t top up seems like all the deep fried food was the only thing getting top up which was a little disappointing specially since we didn’t go for chicken nuggets and chips
Service was great though waitresses very friendly bar staff too
