Sarah Ratz has got to be the worst agent in Australia. My house mates and I rented in Bellbowrie and everything she did was either 3 months late or never got completed at all. She was quick to blame other's in the office for her laziness and made our renting experience very difficult, Amanda Kent would sometime's cover for her and she was always very professional and helpful, I believe she has moved on to a new job, good for her. I would never do any business involving Sarah Rats again.

They don't even deserve one star! Booked an inspection with them to see a house... No one showed up! I called to see what has happened and they responded that "ooh honey we canceled that inspection". They did not explain why or call or text me before hand and they hung up the phone. I will never ever business or list my property with this agency. Disgusted by their customer service.
