Friendly and inviting with a great sense of humour. I was made to feel at ease upon arrival and found his course informative and well paced.

This is a superb course. I learned so much today. The tutor is engaging throughout, and well versed in not just the physiology but the psychology of First Aid, with a realm of practical approaches to real-world scenarios. Willing and able to problem solve for our industry-specific scenarios. Can't recommend highly enough. Will be back for CPR update next year (and the year after) then a full update in three years.

I would highly recommend Immediate Response First Aid Training. Had a great experience dealing with Peter, where he went out of his way to help me out in getting my First Aid certificate. Their professional attitude is like a fresh breath of air that's hard to find in today's world.

I was worried because English is not my native language, but the instructor Mr Peter was kind and considerate, making it easy for me to understand. While I've had CPR and first aid training before, this was the first time I truly understood the underlying principles and application. He was willing to answer all questions without showing any sign of annoyance and maintained his professionalism throughout. I highly recommend taking a course here.

A wealth of knowledge and information. Peter made the course fun and very informative. Everything was explained in detail and no question went unanswered. Peter challenged us to think about why we do first aid, not just the how. This is not just a tick and flick course, if you want to know how to really help someone then this is the course to do. Peter is absolutely incredible and provided a fun, thorough and interactive course. The service he provided was second to none from beginning to end and I could not fault a single thing about this course. Had a great time during a course I was otherwise dreading and only doing as a requirement for my studies. I expected it to drag and instead the day flew and I actually walked out having understood everything and with the confidence to utilise my new skills if ever required, would recommend Immediate Response to anyone and everyone! Peter is such an asset to the industry.

I found the course to be very informative.. covering all aspects while keeping it interesting. Peter was always helpful when unsure about something.

I really enjoyed today’s training. Prior I was feeling fairly confident with my first aide knowledge, but pretty quickly was reminded how important it is to keep up with training and changes as new knowledge becomes available! It was very useful to have an experienced trainer with a good amount of relatable stories to expand our understanding, thank you Peter for that. There were a good amount of Dad’s jokes as well 😂

Definitely recommend!!!. The booking process was simple, reminders received and clear directions to the premise. Peter was a great instructor, very knowledgeable and pushed us to learn beyond our current knowledge. Day was great. I feel confident that I could perform CPR and first aid at any time after participating in this course. I completed the full Provide First Aid course. Everyone should do this course.

I couldn’t recommend enough! A great course that every family member should go to on that just in case emergency and the staff are passionate about what they are doing not how much they made.
After doing the course I was the only person at a truck accident out west with zero reception, learning what I had not only saved the driver but protected him from other serious injuries and I can’t thank the staff enough!
Don’t be the one that says “if I had only known what to do” for your loved one.

I’ve been coming to complete my training here for a couple years now and would definitely recommend it to anyone. The course is very informative and Peter is a great instructor who provides a comfortable environment in which to learn.

I had my CPR update training today with Peter McGreal from Immediate Response First Aid Training and it was amazing! I have been working in dental for the past 10/11 years and have been to a lot of different CPR/First aid refreshers over the years and to me they’re always the same, until today! Peter is so knowledgeable and passionate, I have learnt alot of important information that I have never been told in prior refreshers and Peter has a fun and engaging way of teaching that I truely believe has made me retain a lot more than I usually would!
I will continue to come to him for my refreshers in the future even privately when I finally graduate and become a nurse.

Just completed my Provide First Aid & CPR certificate today. An easy to use registration and payment system, online learning section and loads of communication from the provider. The course was well run and Peter was a great communicator and trainer. The training facility was excellent and training equipment clean and in good condition. Thanks for an excellent experience and quality instruction.

I took the LVR/CPR course. Peter is an excellent communicator. He takes time with each student to ensure they understand the curriculum. Immediate Response First Aid genuinely cares about people.
