We bought supply and install of around 150 square metres of composite timber flooring from Queensland Flooring Centre at Caloundra.

Reagan was great to interact with, from the initial quote to finalising the work. He was flexible on installation schedule to work around our renovation needs and never once did not return a call.

Thanks also to the installation crew - Mark, Chris, Emmanuel and Gordon. Superb workmanship and nothing was too much trouble to accommodate or work around as the house base had some challenges found only after removing the old carpet and levelling the tiled sections. As it was about 10 months from first to last install (100% at our request) I can say with confidence the recommendation to direct stick/glue and not float the floor to minimise noise and movement was good advice from Reagan.

Is there always a cheaper price if you look hard for it and cut corners? Of course. But don’t go past the professionalism of Reagan and team if you want comprehensive value, attention to detail, and the delivery of a perfectly executed job.

I could not be more impressed with Reagan‘s professionalism, enthusiasm and willingness to help.

He came up with the perfect product at a more than competitive price, and his Customer service was second to none.

Reagan was amazing in helping us choose our flooring. Very patient with all our questions as we had decided to go from tiles to hybrid. We love our floor. We could not recommend Qld Flooring enough - they were fantastic from the moment of first contact to the final product laid. Don't think that because the showroom is small there is not enought choice. Reagan looked after us with so many samples and advice and everything happened on time with no fuss. Darryl laid the carpet so beautifully with such attention to detail and cleaned up everything including disposal of the old underlay and carpet. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

I had two small bedrooms to carpet. Reagan was very helpful with information about what choices and quality of carpets to choose from and the benefits of each carpet. Needless to say I went with the better quality carpet and underlay and so very pleased I did. The laying of the carpet was a professional finish and done in a timely manner. We had flooring put down throughout our place by Queensland Flooring Centre, Caloundra, in 2018. The service etc we received at the time was excellent.
However, in recent months in one room, the panels started to lift. I visited the Queensland Flooring Centre office in Caloundra only to find that the business had changed hands. It is often the case with many businesses that change hands, previous customers have been unable to have warranty provisions initiated.
However, having explained the situation to Reagan, he assured me he would arrange for his floor layer person to come and have a look and see if repair could be affected.
The layer, Kane came and lifted up a number of panels, applied new glue etc and reseated all the panels. This was done at no cost to us.
It is service such as this that lifts people hearts as it has done to us. We could not have asked for more.
I therefore highly recommend Queensland Flooring Centre, Caloundra and that people looking at having floor work down, Reagan and Kane are two of the very best. We appreciate very much their kindness, willingness and service.

We recently used Queensland Flooring Centre in our renovations. We had a large area of floor to cover, therefore quality and colour was important. Reagan and Cas were very helpful in assisting us to work our way through the large range of product available. Cannot recommend Queensland Flooring Centre highly enough!! After having nothing but troubles with another flooring company we came across QFC and decided to give them a go. Reagan was helpful right from the start, very friendly and made sure we had all the information we wanted/needed, he was happy to answer any and all questions and queries we had and made sure we were well informed about the process and what was going to be the best flooring for our house. The installers were lovely, kept us up to date with what was happening, did an absolutely amazing job and left the place clean afterwards! Reagan from Queensland Flooring Centre was amazingly helpful from the minute I walked into his office. I am a widow and have put up with terrible stained, undulating carpet in my unit for 2 years because I thought it's always hard to manage a big job like this on your own.
After reading Reagan's previous reviews I decided to give them a go. He was so helpful,professional and efficient, I didn't bother with other quotes.
He even helped me with my problem of my plantation shutter order that will now be remeasured and not be installed on the dirty old carpet.
Also the installation team was "the A team" in every way. They had mountains of furniture to shift over my whole unit and everything was done so professionally in 1.5 days!
Very happy. This floor will see me out. Glad I didn't go anywhere else.
