Travelled from Tamworth NSW, to find out the store was closed 12 months ago, and only deals online. Thankfully Greg the owner was so understanding and so passionate about his products that he showed us the canvas bags himself. We were definitely not disappointed. We jumped online and placed our order, the lovely lady working at the pick up desk was absolutely amazing. Thank you so very much Greg for your outstanding service.

Ordered some 85L Adventure Cases in Black but delayed till mid December. They offered cases to a 95L & collected them 2 weeks ago. After picking them up found out the measurements were not what I was after. Rang to discuss that I wanted to exchange back to original order & wait for them.
Went back to drop off the 95L's and after looking in store I ended up with the 125L. 🙄🙄
From the phone conversations and emails including the responses back was excellent.
Highly recommend buying any camping 4x4 gear from CAOS.

Very unique product that ticks all boxes! 1. Fits straight into the jerry can so you don’t have to do any modifications 2. Low flow rate which is perfect to ensure you’re not gona drain your water in a few minutes 3. Operates by a small water sealed lithium battery remote controller that has a 40min run time!!! Love it.

First visit on the weekend and we'll definitely be back. Great staff who were genuinely interested in our vehicle and what we were buying gear for. Really friendly and helpful. The shop itself has a really decent range of gear, and is well stocked as well. Very happy with the storage solutions we got for the back of the car, and will definitely be back for more.

Had an issue with my portable shower. Doesn’t get much use but Caos and I worked out it was just over a year old so out of warranty. Even though it was still out of warranty they came to the party and sent me a replacement. Cannot recommend these guys enough. Best customer service I’ve had in a long time.

I ordered some lights and unfortunately they never arrived, no fault to CAOS. I emailed CAOS and they responded quickly and contacted AUSPOST on my behalf for an update. Unfortunately the item was lost and CAOS sent me another via express post. Excellent service! Will shop again

Great service and great product, Got the new seat covers for my Jimny today and they are terrific, good quality and easy to install. The crew at CAOS were great, processed my order quickly and I received them earlier than I expected. Definitely recommend them.

Excellent customer service from CAOS. Have bought a few things from them and happy with the quality and price (storage bags and cases) but then ordered a shower awning for an upcoming trip. When I installed it I found a broken clip and contacted the CAOS team who promptly and politely organised a new part to be sent out and included instructions in how to fit it. Part arrived in a few days and was replaced in about 5 mins. Very happy with the after sales services!

Ordered online great prices and super quick delivery perfect products

Have not been here since early last year but still the service is quality, friendly and products are amazing.
We have had no dramas with faults and we love the sale events they have.
Obviously prices aren't always cheap and you can get some items for less other places but we are happy with our purchases all round.

I purchased a led camping light online via express post. I live northern Victoria and the parcel arrived in a few days. The light didn't work, so contacted Caos who promptly shipped another via express post. Their service is second to none who value their customers. No issues with the second light that also arrived within a few days from posting. The camp light is made with quality components and sends out a terrific light. I would definitely recommend Caos and their customer service.

Got my Caos xflate compressor and am very happy with it and Caos.

I can’t comment on the quality of the gear yet because I haven’t received my order, but ironically I’m here to attest to the high quality of customer service. I know that, for myself, sometimes I’m cautious buying from someone new, or struggling to decide who to buy from when items are essentially the same price, so that’s what this review is for.

One of the items I ordered got flagged for quality control issues BEFORE it was dispatched. CAOS called me to inform me of the issue, offered several options, and informed me of the expected delay (if any) of each option. They called again to update me that my order was ready and would be dispatched immediately (this was only a matter of days).

This shows that, 1) they ACTUALLY check the gear before sending it out, and don’t let it go if they aren’t happy (not just send it and hope you don’t notice/care).

2) they care enough to keep their customers updated and informed (rather than just leave you waiting in the dark).

3) when they discover an issue, they seek your input to ensure you are most satisfied (instead of just cancelling the item as unavailable, automatically delaying the order, or making their own substitution without your consent), and

4) they aren’t stingy with their alternative offer (the replacement offer was desirable/worthwhile, and not a compromise at all).

I have no doubt that if I have any warranty claims, I won’t be left frustrated at the level of service, and I will be considering them more often when I’m looking for something.

Long story short... Excellent Customer Service!

Bought an awning from the crew which was on back order, no problem.. The team kept me updated on the order status..

When it did arrive at CAOS HQ and was shipped, the shipping company misplaced the awning (won't call out the company, but maybe they were busy with Wile E Coyote catching the Road Runner?)

When I contacted CAOS that's when the service really stepped up! Jorj followed this through and drove a positive outcome. The level of customer service was amazing through the entire process.

This is what drives repeat purchases from the team at CAOS. Keep up the great work!
