Through the buying and selling process we have had difficulties with agents not taking us seriously due to our age. David Swarbrick was a breath of fresh air, he guided us through selling our house and got a higher price than we expected. David also helped us out in buying our dream home, he made sure the process went smoothly and ALWAYS answered the phone whenever we had any questions. As far as I’m concerned David and the team at McGrath was worth every penny and can’t thank them enough.

Hes a genuine, trustworthy and hardworking agent in real estate, something that you don't come across often in the industry. Sellers if you are looking to achieve the best sale price possible, then avoid McGrath Estate Agents.
They recently sold a property me for $250,000 LESS than what was sold 8 houses down. And that property only had 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom!
They also use McGrath employees to bump up their Google rating review score.
Do not recommend.

Terrible communication skills. No response from Senior Property Manager (after 1 week) even after following up with a phone call and confirmation of my details. I was mentored to always respond to emails etc within 24 hours, that is professionalism which is lacking here. Disappointing from a well known agency.

Incompetent staff. Led by incompetent Principals. No wonder McGrath offices on Sunshine Coast have such a bad reputation.
