Only went through drive thru , was good service

Love this place. Come here to get late night feeds and the food is always fresh and fast service is amazing. The staff are very friendly especially this one young man in a blue shirt. He was very well mannered and welcoming. Cant wait to come back!!

Been living in the Toowoomba area for 2 years
This had to be one of my favourite maccas. The food is always fresh, the staff are always friendly and the managers are super cheery! It is a difficult industry to work in. But when pulled off it is a wonderfull experience. It's always clean and smells good in the toilets not of urine
And the food is fresh
Seriously never had a burger 🍔 as fresh as the highfeilds maccas

Charlie Hamilton Jackson, Calen Jones and Ellanore are only good employees at this mcdonalds, Ellanore is amazinng in the drive thru box so whenever you are ordering in drive thru, just hope that Ellanore is on shift. anyways Calen Jones is amazing at making burgers, Charlie really lkes the job here so never fire him 😊

Went there on 20/01 and absolutely beautiful people I had to wait a bit and who I believe was the manager gave me and extra fries great service and real sweet person

My Go to Maccas! Service always great and I came through the drive through and was served by a young girl named Abbie and she was so polite and was patient as I have 3 young kids that can never make up their mind! recommend this Maccas to anyone.

Staff at Highfields were amazing. Redid out order when Uber eats stuffed us around and didn’t deliver for over an hour and a half and we had to go pick it up ourselves.
Maccas staff gave us little extras for our troubles even though they didn’t have to.

I ordered through the maccas app and picked up my order in the drive thru. They got it right and the food was what you would expect from maccas. Drive thru staff member was lacking in customer service skills but they are all kids!

Really nice coffee Frappe 😋 Great to see the 'team' cleaning during less busy times. Maccas East Toowoomba management could take some lessons from here.Its a disgrace.

Nice n clean , friendly staff, always heaps of parking on weekends, for travellers you will have to drive in about 1 klm from the new england highway, but well worth the diversion

Some McDonald's put serviettes in the drive through meal bags, why don't they all do it ?

The service was great and it was a clean tidy area and there mcmuffins were great recommend if you were trying to find a quick brekky in the morning

Favourite maccas as all the staff are lovely and considerate and the food's good

Very modern and well established businesses to suit the most fussy buyer with good food outlets and all the popular businessed you would expect from Toowoomba City

I saw that this McDonald’s only had 3 stars which was sad so I’m leaving this review to bump up those stars
