Had a extremely bad experience here today. waiting for over 20 mins. I ordered 3 pearl milk tea and when I picked it up from the counter, we received 3 “plain milk tea”. the guy claimed that’s what he heard, and he refused to change it. I said that I’ll pay extra for the toppings if that’s the case, but NO, they can’t do it then he just walked away to serve another customer. we’ve ordered from here multiple times and for sure will not be back.
Very upset to not getting what you ordered and you can’t even pay more to have it corrected. RIDICULOUS

It used to be very good tea but don’t know what happened the taste is not good at all like before . I am a regular customer here but not going back anymore . I have pineapple mix today as usual but doesn’t taste any tea taste like water and a lot sugar .

We have ordered 3 bubble tea via MenuLog app and received just 2 without straws and wrong toppings. Tried to contact them back several times but no one picked up phone calls.
