If I could give 6 stars, I would.

Came in today with a client to buy some new bras. Gabby was incredibly accommodating and lovely to be around the entire time we were there.
She made sure my client felt safe and was genuinely a pleasure to be served by.

Gabby was also very validating. If you're needing an LGBTI+ bra fitting, I would 110% recommend her to others.

I really appreciated that she turned the music off that day as well, it wasn't a noticeable difference, but it definitely helped the store be more neurodivergent friendly and accommodating, rather than overwhelming.

I read all the reviews and went there to get my teen fitted for the first time. Very warm, respectful young person. Made my daughter very comfortable.
Alex served us and she made the customer straight away comfy by saying even after getting the fitting, it’s not necessary to buy from them, very reliving.
However my daughter bought from there her first bra and she was happy as she was cared for and respected and not embarrassed.
Unlike our experience in Myer a year ago, and my girl refused to go for bra fitting. It took me 1 long year to get her understand the importance of a good fitted under garment.

Tenille was an angel sent from heaven. The care and thought she put into me was so refreshing and I felt so cared for. Amazing! I wish I knew the name of the girl that helped me - she had long brown plaits and was a petite girl if that helps! She was AMAZING! I had already been in looking for a maternity bra and could not for the life of me find the right fit. She was so kind and unobtrusive and gave me great advice! She found the perfect bra, and was so respectful letting me pop it on first before she did the fitting (the only other bra fittings I've done they literally stand in there while you strip off!). She was SO helpful and honestly there is no way I could have found this perfect fit that has room to grow throughout my pregnancy. Thankyou so much! I'm so much more comfortable and supported in this new bra than I was before I received your help!

Awesome service from the staff there. I wish I remembered the staff member’s name who sized me. I did come back as a couple of the Berlei bras didn’t fit, but it was a very seamless process exchanging to a bigger size from another staff member and she was also great :)

I came in on Thursday night and was greeted by Chloe. Chloe was so informative, helping me find the perfect bra for my wedding dress without being pushy. Such a positive experience for a special occasion. Thanks Chloe :)

Wow!! the feel of the frilly lace against my freshly shaven face was a delight. The aroma of the perfume from the other customers was a steaming delight. It was all too much to bare. I used that lace to cleanup the mess.

Super helpful and friendly staff. The wonderful girls help me find a three different sets for my upcoming boudoir shoot I'm doing for a wedding gift for my fiancé.
