Went looking for a particular relay and was told to give this mob a try. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They didn't carry the actual relay I was looking for but they really made the effort to locate a compatible replacement. In the end we weren't successful but I was really impressed by the effort the crew put in for a $30 relay. Their customer service is excellent and deserves praise - hence this review.
I would definitely purchase future auto electrical equipment from them. Recommended.

I went to the Brisbane branch to purchase a starter for my sister's car. The staff behind the counter showed me fantastic service and had the knowledge to find the part with not much info. Not only did they have it on the shelf but the price was also the best.

I went to cancel a mobile roadworthy and they still charged $150 and did a false inspection

Well where do I start, got quoted a price for work being done. After they said they do this all the time mysteriously went over $500 for no particular reason. Got the car back late. Then the car was leaking oil and wanted 600 plus gst to fix. something that was their fault which was an o-ring they didn’t put back on properly. Which I found out was related to the works they did from another mechanic. and payed 400 dollars instead of somthing that should have been free. The worst, overpriced, dishonest, rorting people I have ever met in my life. Wouldn’t trust them to service a car jack they would screw it up 😀.

Stay away from these guys, overpriced, deceiptful and unprofessional. Never again
