I was in on Sunday the 23/3 and was impressed by the friendliness and efficiency of the lady who seemed to be by herself even though the store was quite busy. She was unflustered and very helpful. It made my shopping day very enjoyable. Thankyou

Went into Katie's Garden City yesterday looking for a belt. The woman behind the counter was so engrossed in sorting out clothes she left me standing at the counter. When I politely said after a few minutes excuse me she looked up and stared at me - no greeting or smile and said "yes" I asked her did they sell belts. She answered very curtly "no, we don't sell belts" and turned back to what she was doing. It was the worst customer service I have experienced recently! I will not shop there ever!

Werent open till atleast 15 past 9 then when I went to buy something and it scanned up as a different price to what the website says the lady told me the shop and the online store are separate traders... maybe make that more clear on the website?
