Very friendly customer service from Frances! Went looking for hair straighteners but was very lost. Frances was a huge help with taking me to the right section, pointing out how they were organised. Delighted to nab myself some good quality straighteners in the sale. Great service!

Very friendly staff, good availability of the products, very clean and pleasant environment. Staff usually seems busy and wait time is little bit long if you need some assistance for your purchase. Overall very decent shopping experience.

Today I visited MYER Mount Gravatt to buy a perfume.Lovely Leila helped me a lot and gave me precious information regarding different perfumes.although I couldn't purchase the perfume as it was out of stock,but I'd like to thank her here, for all her help.

Brought my son here to pick a suit for his formal. The young lady in the suit department was so lovely and helpful. She took measurements and gave him multiple choices. We purchased a suit for him, and because of the amazing service, my partner purchased one also. Don't recall the young ladies name, but she was working on a Sunday and came from Northern QLD..

Great looking & tidy store, great departments. So easy to find that special present, I got great specials on sale and big savings Nice atmosphere with quick service in the mornings if you wanna avoid the crowds

Today I visited Myer at Mount Gravatt for Elizabeth Arden products. Davina at Elizabeth Arden has given me an excellent customer service. She is very knowledgeable about skin care products and shows a lot of patience and care while serving me. She is kind, supportive and helpful. I highly recommend Davina at Elizabeth Arden at Mt Gravatt Myer !

Last night 14/12 i was searching for a hand bag for Tearney for her birthday and came across a sales professional, Domonique went out of her way to assist. She is an amazing lady and would highly recommend her.

Love shopping here, I like how it's always easy to find what I need (mostly baby clothes). Reception is always professional and helpful when it comes to finding sizes from other stores. Good sales too when they do have them

Just visited Myer at garden city, and was looked after by Harry. I was shocked with the level of help I received today. Went above and beyond to help with finding sizes and searching stock for an item I thought I would not of got. Harry made it happen, and assisted with all clothing needs. Super friendly and helpful. A Nice change to Myer!

Come in on super Saturdays to massive specials! You get quality brands at Myer, and when they're on special it's so cheap. Just bought 2 Sheridan beach towels and a Tommy Hilfiger Polo for $75. They even had the UE Megaboom for $249
