Baby Lemonade

Absolutely love this store! Friendly and helpful staff and beautiful dresses with bright prints. I've had no problem with online returns and i love the fact that I can even wear the maxi dresses throughout my pregnacy and being tall these dresses are a perfect length for me. One of my all time favorite stores!

I love the Baby Lemonade Store at Chermside, located up in the lane way opposite San churro is the amazing boutique. The staff there are always so kind and full of life when I’ve visited and have always helped above and beyond.

They carry a gorgeous range of clothing, skincare, home decor and books which is always so beautiful to have the option of buying especially when gift shopping and shopping for myself.

The boho themed store is so different from anything else in the centre and really is a hidden gem.

I absolutely 10/10 recommend visiting this store!

I visited on Friday to return something I bought online. A young lady named Tayjana greeted me the minute I walked in the door and was an absolute treasure! She helped me find a few dresses that better suited me and was the warmest person I've ever met in a store! Highly recommended and I hope the company knows that Tayjana is an asset to Baby Lemonade!

I absolutely love the clothing these guys stock and, in addition to online purchases, I'm fortunate enough to have access to a number of their stores in SE Qld. I regularly purchase the Jaase brand, in particular, from them and often receive compliments about these outfits. Recently, I did have a quality issue with one item that seemed to be a manufacturing issue, but it was addressed without hassle by Baby Lemonade themselves, which reinforced my satisfaction with them as a distributor. Very happy customer!

A beautiful store and always a pleasure to communicate with and order products from. Staff are inviting, all with a beautiful energy and they know exactly how to dress me for my shape. Dresses are all beautiful and awesome quality. I could not give this store enough praise. Myself and so many of my friends are weekly regulars!

Lilly is awesome! She helped me find the right size and even did the dress up. Clothes are fantastic quality, with HUGE range of sizes. I have a size 10E bust and didn't have any issues finding clothes that fit perfectly.

The best customer service!

This is a fabulous store. The dresses are gorgeous and the quality is lovely. They only hiccup here is that this store does not cater really well for woman with very small or very large breasts and there are also no plus size options.

Many women who would usually wear a size 16-20, or even 22 would come to this store if they knew there were pretty dresses for them to wear too.

Amelda is one of the friendliest staff members that I have ever met at this store. She was engaging and very open to feedback.

We would love to see Westfield’s move this store to a great location where they would be better suited for clothing retail so that they can thrive at Chermside and many women happy with their pretty clothes.

The young girl who served me was very helpful, giving me different designs to try on. The sales girl impressed me so much I rang the company to let them know the positive feedback about their staff member (dark skin young lady). The clothes in this store are well made and reasonable priced.

However, I think Jasse should design more midi dresses for older customers as mimi (too short) and maxi (drag on the ground). Thank you Anne

Clothing- well made, I feel like a fairy princess in the dresses

This store doesn't offer refunds on returns, even on full priced items (and even during a pandemic when we are turning to online shopping and all other stores have relaxed their returns policy). I was offered a store credit but with the inconsistent sizing, elastic that seemed to be pre stretched and button loops hanging on by a thread, I decided just to cut my losses and definitely won't be shopping here again! So disappointed with the quality of the dresses and the returns policy.

Extremely poor customer service. Ordered a dress online which I didn't like and had to return for a gift card. However when I went to use it a couple of months later it had already expired. Had to ask to get it extended. Ordered another item but sizing was completely off so had to return again. Emailed and asked them to put a smaller size on hold but was told it was too hard basket. so expressed posted it back. baby lemonade then took 10 days to action the refund. Emailed three times but no response. called but no one picked up. in the meanwhile the item I wanted sold out so I am now stuck with store credit again after spending $40 on shipping.
do yourself a favour and order from asos or anywhere else re ally. never again

Very pushy staff. Enquired about a dress, and sales assistant kept pushing to order it online. When she said I could only return it for a store refund if it was not suitable, I stated I did not want it. Kept pushing I order it and can always use the store refund, despite me telling her I don't normally shop at Baby Lemonade. We not go back. Poor returns policy and pushy staff

If I could give a lower rating I would!! The clothing dose not cater to women with larger breasts at all. After trying on a few dresses the women (Meryl) that was serving me implied that if I lost weight maybe more close would fit. Also while trying on clothes I noticed that most of the items I was trying on smelt like body odour and had deodorant marks. When asking about that I was told that the staff wear the clothes on a daily basis to work and put back on the racks at the end of the day and that was most likely the smells and marks. This seems very unhygienic! I was also in the store with my young child whom was a little upset and wanting to go home. I over heard Meryl speaking with another worker saying how I should just leave and how annoying my child is and how nothing was going to fit me anyway. I am completely disgusted in baby lemonade and they have lost a customer forever and I will be sure to tell everyone I know!!! DONT SHOP HERE!!!
