Sushi Sushi

First time trying this place out, I gotta admit I didn’t have high expectations but I gotta say the service I received from Bao was above and beyond. I asked him what does he recommend and he recommended the tempura prawn and he was amazing! Definitely have someone working for place that has a passion for what he was doing. I couldn’t rate him any higher! Would be coming back just for the customer service.

I have had no problems with this store I should have gone to this one instead of the Sushi joint near the food court in the middle of maccas and the jewellery store which is where I had a bad experience. From now on only Sushi Sushi for me in the whole of Mt Ommaney

Have eaten here since forever as we live locally! Always fresh and tastes wonderful. The staff is really nice too! Wish they would bring back the vegetarian meat they had once but so happy with the teriyaki tofu and Inari!

Love eating here after shopping! Their food is always fresh and it's one of the few places where I can find sashimi.Their staff are very helpful ... coming up to New Year 2017 (31 Dec 2017) I could not find decent sashimi, so asked them if they would be prepared to make up a big lot for me. It was no problem, they said. They put it aside while I finished my shopping. How good is that?!!

Good fresh sushi but its like pulling teeth to ask for soy sauce, wasabi and chopsticks. I dont know why you took it away but i like being able to serve myself and not get attitude when i ask for more. 1 soy sauce fish isn't covering my salmon tobiko pack. It would be better if you designated one register that could offer those things.

Taste is good but customer service was very disappointed. One of the staff name Bao? Boa?? I don’t remember tho he sigh deeply every time I speak and doesn’t listen at all. Why don’t you ask me again if you didn’t get what I said instead of signing. He was very rude. But expect him I have never met rude staff so far.

I bought chicken crispy and prawn avocado today. It seems to be very very salty, spent more time spilling out bits of fat that was in the chicken not very nice I will not be coming back they don’t seem to care about the quality don’t offer refund nor a replacement

After purchasing the spicy sushi and the sweet chilli chicken , I felt very sick, went home to try sleep it off, woke up in the middle of the night to be greeted with the sushi spewing out of my mouth. Never coming back here again !

Such poor service. If you work in food service and you are face to face then SMILE 😃 😊 😀 the lady took too long to even assist us and then they went to assist other people that just walked up. Then after u spoke up no apologise was given. Terrible manners. Won't go there again. Spring rolls suck. And the chicken was weird tasting.

I went to purchase a cooked tuna sushi for my child. because it's not in the counter ready to be sold I was told it needed to be custom made and that I needed to order two rolls. stupid. so I spent my money at the other sushi shop and gave them a one star review. bad business dicision.
