Robins Kitchen Wynnum Plaza

I have been a customer of Robins Kitchen for some time and have always been super impressed with the products and the value for money they provide. I had a small concern with one of my purchases recently and was equally impressed with Katie and the customer service I received. Everything was sorted to my satisfaction.

Many places seem to have great service leading to a sale but then offer a less standard service after the sale if there is an issue. I am glad to say Robins Kitchen genuinely cares for its customers and supports them after the sale as well. Thank you.

When they have a sale they have a sale. Good savings to be had

Sign in the door said back in 5 mins. Ok except someone's got no concept of time, waited 13 mins, spoke to another lady waiting patiently who stated been there 5 mins before me. Gave up & left.

Meh. Its continuously closing down but the prices aren't any better for the products. Only Dire cooking emergencies require this place

My friend and I had small purchases to make yesterday at Robins Ktchen at Wynnum Plaza, and the woman serving very rudely refused to take cash. This is against the law and I questioned her about it, she reckoned it was up to the shop. They won't be getting our business ever again!

Sales assistance was very pleasant and willing to help out when, I had a melt down due to lack of space to go through the isles in wheelchair. Im not the only one, Its mother's/ father's with prams and trolleys.
Listen to your workers on ground, and fix the problem! $3000 not going to be spent through this shop. Very disappointing.

I walked into this store this afternoon (first time in a while) to find the staff still appear to NOT care or pay attention to any customer in the store. They are too busy having personal conversations. I know they are personal because they are not careful so any customer in the store can hear it. I was the only customer in the store, I walked around looking at and checked several items compared prices etc for at least 10 minutes before walking out.
This store looks congested and over stocked with big signs saying up to 80% off yet no other customers but one they ignored.

I don't shop here , They don't accept cash at all , makes me wonder if they trust their staff to handle cash , I tried to buy a 5$ mug but they refused my cash , boo to Robins kitchen

We bought a flame torch and after putting gas in, the torch kept leaking the gas. When you turn the flame on it will not turn off and just keep burning! We went to the wynnum plaza store and guess what, they don't want to refund us! It is a faulty product and we were told 'it is only $30'. I couldn't believe it. We had the store assistant slaming her hand on the table and telling us to listen to her. I will never buy from them again and will never to go the wynnum plaza store again. I don't understand how Robins Kitchen can break the law by selling me a dangerous faulty product and not refunding me my money.

Waited after opening time at Wynnum Plaza shop, which was still closed. Women inside with doors half open. I finally had to get going so I bought cake tins from Coles.

Walked in and looked around for a minute or so before walking near the counter when i was finally asked if i needed a hand, i turned around to say hi to notice she wasnt even looking at me but was focused on her computer, never made eye contact.... said no thanks and walked out....

Going elsewhere to buy a full set of knives and pans....

Got to the counter and wanted to buy my frying pan
I had cash
She said no you cannot pay cash
So I put the frying pan on the counter an walked away
Cash is still a legal currency I believe
We are not in a cashless society in Australia
Service about 5 out of 10
I have heard this store at Wynnum Plaza is known for bad service

Very rude. We went today and the two lady’s working ignored us and took ages to serve us. I work in retail and I would have been fired if I was like this.

Went up to the counter, two ladies working at the counter didn’t even look up at me when I wanted to buy something, waited just under a minute and they finally looked up and put my sale through !

Don't like cash what gret business.
