Very friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed shopping there today :)

There are not enough staff to help the customers. The pharmacy dispensing staff have to serve customers and work in with the tablets making customers wait longer . The staff are friendly just seem to be overworked and stressed.

Hi Priceline Pharmacy Bankstown,

My friends went to Priceline Pharmacy Bankstown today and they got a picture taken of them by a Filipino woman without their consent on the 23/03/24 on a Saturday. She pointed the camera at my friends and she took a photo of them. If she doesn't delete it and posts it or shows it to her friends or local people I will be pressing charges on here. There are lots of bad reviews so you can see that I'm telling the truth that this lady took a photo of my friends.

Thank you Priceline Pharmacy Bankstown for not teaching a lesson about asking for consent to this lady.

A filipino girl that works on saturday afternoons that works at priceline pharmacy was SO bad at her job she didnt even answer my questions and ignored me msot of the times.

The rudest customer service and the most disgusting store I have ever encountered! I asked for a refund on a pair of lashes I purchased half an hour before asking for a refund, and all I got was "no you cannot exchange it or get a refund" with negative facial expressions! Aside from that, the Indian security guard did not mind his own business when I was looking at the lashes and told me "do not open it and put it on," like as if I'm going to do that in store, making me feel like a thief. As a result, this really irritated me and made me feel uncomfortable because I have the right to a refund since the lashes haven't been opened and recently purchased but all I can say is F this store that lacks interpersonal and training skills! I strongly advise against visiting here!

Not the best customer service. Pharmacist’s who are there to serve medicine respectively as a job think otherwise. My friend came in for a contraceptive, and all the Pharmacist could do was look at her with judgments instead of respectfully asking medical questions. As a pharmacist it is your job to be respectful and not show judgment towards any customers no matter the product they are purchasing. I know this as I work in a pharmacy myself, it is really important that customers feel comfortable and content with their local pharmacy. Definitely not uncomfortable and judged! Shame on the pharmacist who served my friend and I today. Don’t know her name but she was wearing glass and a hijab. The rest of the pharmacists are amazing and respectful!

I wanted to share my experience with the security at the door who racially profiled me. As I was in the store the Indian security gaurd(lady) was just following me around the store and I felt uncomfortable so I decided to not buy anything and leave. As I was leaving the store there was 5 customers in front of me who were of a European colour walking out. As I was walking out behind them the guard stopped just me to bag check (me being poc) Which I was happy to oblige to as I know for sure I had not done anything wrong. Security then told me all is good. Anyways that was my experience at this Bankstown store as I honestly just felt the security just racially profiling me. I understand but that bag checks are a security measure to implement in store but I feel like why not check everyone else but just one person.

Extremely rude lady (short hair) at the checkout. I’ve seen there are other reviews about her too so it’s not just me!! So rude! Maybe crack a smile once in a while and not be so aggressive towards customers who are being nice to you?! Seriously, you’re working in Bankstown and want to act that way towards customers? Some nerve lol…. Other staff can be okay but most are unhelpful. Someone needs to train staff in customer service. I love Priceline but will never return to this one…

The rude lady security guard that works there is horrible, she looks like she doesn't even want to be there- doesn't know how to do her job properly at all!
She asked me to put a mask on, which I did, and another lady walks straight in no questions asked- if you're going to do a job make sure to do it properly and make sure the rules apply to EVERYONE! not just on who you want to pick on- will not be returning to that store just becuase of this, so rude.

The ladies on the register is extremely rude, not professional at all, they don't know how to speak to the customers. I asked if there was any points in my priceline sister account, she stared at me for 5secs and said "would have told you if there was any." Worst priceline I have ever been to.

Wow! What an excellent service. Really impressed. I had an appointment for flu vaccination and I was not informed as they don’t have stock left and confirmed my appointment. Later on I have to get back to my home after travelling 1 hour. Just wasted 2 hours of my time not going my job.

No staff...on Thursday..crowded. people looking for a someone for assist but...only 2 -3 staff for the whole store. And it's the busiest store. Store believes it will survive for being in shopping centre...

Awful customer service. Manager or whatever she thinks she is. Is the rudest person, so rude to my mother. I’d rather travel to another store than come here ever again whilst she’s there.

Poor customer service .. they just concentrate on white customers... 😡😡😡 some stuff just ignore customer who are Asian.. yesterday it happened with me.
