I had ordered two Giraffes for my wife for Christmas surprise.
all of my contact was via emails great service even to the point they delivered to my door the same day to near the gold coast.
who said old school service was dead ten out of ten for me.

I would say as an art enthusiast, lover and buyer , in particular of wood artifacts , this shops sales person had/has ( you can not get rid of such a trait ) possibly the worst attitude and judgemental demeanour ive had the bad fortune to endure. Im just one of many who have complained of such behaviour in the shop . Which is a shame as they have such great artifacts . I was ,as others ive heard ,just about to spend a great deal in the shop but was looked down upon by this arrogant " expert " then rudely ignored . Word spreads quickly of such places but what would i know ......its not like I have any knowledge or am anyone of great note such as this queen of Indooroopilly .
