Such a great atmosphere and the cider and food was delicious (I especially recommend the goats cheese gnocchi and the key lime cider - they were both awesome). We tried the cider flight and Adam was absolutely brilliant, he gave us an awesome selection and also gave us a taster of their house-made mulled wine, which tasted like Christmas in a glass. Thanks for the great experience all round, we'll definitely be back!

This was a surprise find in the city. It feels like it is hidden away, more exclusive. It has a lovely feel to it. The service was exceptional and the food was amazing. You couldn't ask for much more. We all had a good time and were free to hang around as much as we like. Some places would move you along to fit in the next group. Overall it was a great night.

Hidden away in the Johnny Ringo upstairs, my top picks were the chicken and mushroom and beef ragu would recommend this place the sauce was so creamy and tasty ! Service was really good and the food came out pretty quickly ! One of my favourite pasta places would recommend 10/10, we will be back !!

My first 5 stars for this year. I’ve asked the restaurant manager what do you recommend? he said “Blue Cheese Risotto. It’ll change your life mate”. So I’ve ordered the risotto and it was so awesome, it changed my view on the city. Brisbane is now the place for foodies. Gone are the days of no where nice to dine. In summary, Brisbane now has fantastic restaurants, bars and clubs. Two thumbs up. I give this place the first 5 bears for 2020.

this is my 1st 5 star review I loved this place, a bit hard to find but the staff were so nice and the service was very fast (we ordered dinner and were in and out in only 30 mins) the serving sizes were normal but very filling - and the food was absolutely delicious, will definitely be back

Gr8 food and atmosphere, the service is second to none in Brisbane. We didn't book but the friendly staff managed to squeeze us in after a short wait. I suggest a reservation to avoid disappointment.

Underground (literally), good old rock music, super nice food. Huge selection of ciders, and also all the brew you may want.

Nice italian food, especially the crispy BBQ pork.

The atmosphere here is so friendly and fun. I always enjoy the pasta here. The staff are so friendly and usually up for a good laugh. They accept split payments which is handy for big groups. They play upbeat music and make sure you have a good time.

This was a back up plan on a recent trip to Brisbane and we were very happy with both the food and service. It is hidden away upstairs at Johnny Gringo’s. Well worth a try if you are after quality well priced Italian. Best endorsement is that we will go back again.

We ordered Uber Eats from this restaurant and were totally blown away. Everything was delicious, and the pork gnocchi was the best I’d ever had. My husband is gluten free and we felt like there were so many options for him which is amazing. We will absolutely be dining in soon!

We've been here twice on visits to Brisbane and love it!
The food is delicious, service quick and friendly.
It's loud but that can't be helped because of the space.
The massive highlight for me is gluten free garlic bread!! But the seafood risotto was sensational!

Have eaten at Green Papaya on a couple of different occasions now for lunch and it's so delicious! Both times I was with a group and every person loved their food. They have a reasonably priced little lunch menu and the service is quick.I didn't know what any of the food was, and im a very adventurous eater, so i told the guy there to just give me what he would order. That was the best choice i could have made. Everyone there was friendly.I absolutely love this hidden gem. Hands down the best place in Syracuse for Spanish food. It's set up so you can get your food on the go

The best Italian in Brisbane. It's authentic, not pretentious, and the pricing is very reasonable. I had a lovely night with my partner here. It is often packed and a little loud on the busier nights, but pleasantly so and not so loud that you can't hear conversation. The lighting is subdued, not glaring and it exudes a very warm atmosphere. The menu is a great representation of a variety of Italian dishes, without trying to do too much. I highly recommend the mushroom pizza - it was clear they have made the effort to source quality ingredients such as fresh porcini mushrooms. They also have the deepest cider menu in Brisbane. And on top of everything else, the service was amazing, very personable and energetic. I loved everything about the vibe of this place and will definitely be coming back time and time again. My only regret is I never discovered it sooner!

Went here last night with sister & daughter. We had a 6.30pm booking which was good as by the time we finished it was getting quite noisy! The food was all really good, very tasty & good size portions. Staff are all helpful. It’s not too far from the main centre of the city, so easy to walk to if you are staying in town. Although it gets quite noisy I would recommend this restaurant for its food & ambience!

Quirky, underground venue with great food and a brilliant range of drinks. Service was pretty good although the barman when we were there was rocking the hipster 'too cool for school' persona. Not a service industry natural! Apart from that individual everyone else was great, and as mentioned above the food was awesome.
