Josh at Rogerseller Brisbane provided the best customer service we have received in a long time. He went above and beyond to help us choose the right products for our bathroom renovation, making sure the products were delivered to us as soon as possible so we were able to complete the project in a short timeframe and just before Christmas. Josh thoroughly researched and answered all questions we had, was extremely patient and accomodating and prompt in responding to emails. We highly recommend the Rogerseller products and Josh’s customer service skills.

Do not buy bathroom fittings from this company if you want any form of customer service. I ordered almost $20k worth of products for multiple bathrooms in May. I had to pay 100% up-front despite being told some items would be 12 weeks delivery. Whilst some items were delivered up-front, I had to wait 19 weeks to get the last item. Over the last 8 weeks I have had to consistently chase them for items; they never return calls or follow-up with you. Even though I am happy with what was supplied, I would have bought elsewhere if I knew the hassles I would have with Rogerseller.
