I refer many of my clients and I highly recommend Acceleration. Strength & conditioning is such an important factor to an athlete, but often is not taken seriously or is only considered when an injury occurs. Acceleration's program teaches young athletes correct technique, instills great habits whilst building their confidence, core strength & conditioning required to excel at their chosen sport. My daughter has been a part of the program for 3+ years and absolutely loves going. The program is individualised (not boring!) and the staff are fabulous. You can't put a value on the long term benefit of a consistent, solid program that Acceleration has. Thanks guys, love what you do and love your work!!!
