Westlake Pest & Termite Management

I have been using Westlake pest and termite management for the last 3 years and have never had an issue. We use Nick for general household pest control and it's very effective, lasts the whole year. He is also very honest when I enquired about rat/mice pest management and gave advice that we could manage itself. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend to family and friends.

Nick is a true professional and has excellent up to date knowledge. We have been using him for around 4 years now including inspections, pest treatments and termite chemical barriers.

Excellent service, easy to deal with

Unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience with Nick.
I booked pest control and termite inspection together, but start seeing ants, cockroaches, spiders and quite a lot of flies within a couple of weeks inside the house. Nick claims he used the most expensive chemical but it is really hard to believe.
Termite inspection wasn't satisifying either. Nick complains about we only have one manhole, impossible for him to get to most of the space above the celling, but still charged me the full price for termite inspection. However, when I used other termite inspection companies, they all can access everywhere in above the celling space, and made a thorough check.
Communicating with Nick can be tricky too, he ignored my messages and emails for three weeks. Eventurally replied because I have been keep emailing him.
If I knew I would have this type of experience, I won't use Nick, and I will not recomment him to anyone else.
