I have been dealing with SSKB for some years now and in particular Jess and Danielle. I have found the Managers to be very prompt with their reply and available to provide everything I need to properly inform potential owners of a local BC they manage. Over the years I have seen some exceptional decisions being made and their relentless hard work to provide not only the best service to their committee members but to protect their clients investments and roll out upgrades and works that increase the value of each property. As a seasoned real estate agent I work with many Body Corporate Managers and I sell in other complexes under different management. I have witnessed first hand the difference SSKB has done over the years and one I personally recommend. Just like real estate agents, not all BC Managers are the same. Some really excel!

Jess at SSKB has navigated our building through a number of challenging transformations, all the way providing the very best support and guidance to the committee and owners. Her knowledge and experience with larger schemes meant that she was able to quickly and professionally provide us with the best advice based on her previous experience with complex issues and complicated matters. While Jess and her crew have been a most valued support on technical and operational matters, this support has always been provided in a very positive spirit as a result of the collaborative relationships built with the committee. The team at SSKB have been looking after my buildings for 10 years. Working alongside Brad, Michael and Bernie to set up our projects is seamless, easy and efficient. Then our Gold Coast projects are handed over to Tim & Ben who work tirelessly to ensure that excellent customer services is provided. Ben ensures that the Committee and Property Managers needs are met and that the buildings are run efficiently and with ease, Ben is always available to answer any questions that I have. Our Brisbane projects are handed over to Cassie and Kimberly who ensure that the projects are well maintained and are efficient. I couldn't imagine not working with SSKB and their team!

I am the chairperson at Summit in Labrador, and this year orchestrated a move from our previous strata management to SSKB. I can thoroughly recommend all staff we have interacted with the Bundall office, from Jess in the beginning to Skye & Rachel who take care of us extremely well. If you are considering a move, I can say that no task has seemed difficult for the girls & they have made the entire process incredibly seamless for our committee & caretakers.
After several years of turmoil, our move to SSKB is one that we honestly don't regret and we are forever grateful to the team for making this such a smooth transition.

As chair of my Body Corporate, I have found that my BC manager, Tim is very responsive and completes matters in good time. He is a thorough knowledge of key issues for our community. Also for day to day operations his assistant Ben is similarly responsive in his work with my committee. It is important to maintain the same staff for a BC community especially for a layered scheme that we have.

SSKB comprises a team of capable and supportive community managers who are not only professionals but also kind personalities, always ready to help. The company is well-equipped with an online portal and an online approval system, plus the professional accounts payable team GCAP, which has enabled our operations to run smoothly for the past 10 years. Again, I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation to all community managers for your support, guidance and your professional services.

I recently dealt with Shayne and cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism and helpfulness! She took the time to answer my questions thoroughly and her communication was great. Her friendliness and willingness to help made for a very positive experience.

As the Secretary of a Body Corporate where we experienced significant difficulties with the incumbent service provider we approached SSKB for help. SSKB (via Charlotte Divall) proposed a solution to take over our BC Management at no additional cost to the BC until our AGM.
I am pleased that today our AGM ratified the formal appointment of SSKB.
Over the last few months the help and advice we have received from @Tim Retallack and @Ben Hamdorf has been like a breath of fresh air and we look forward to not only maintaining but growing our working relationship with them.
