Great Stay at Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise.

I just wanted to leave a review in here as I would like to mention about the staff members.

Despite being a little old fashioned - built in 1991 & renovated in 2009 - it’s well maintained with great efforts from all of staff members.

As a person who is working in customer service industry, every person I have met & seen was extremely polite and kind to every single guests, everyone was smiling and happy. More importantly, they knew what they needed to do, no hassle or unnecessary movement for their duty. Even the staff who was shining the lift area, I was so impressed!

Keep up the good work, team.

We booked here last minute over the weekend, after a not so favourable experience with another hotel. The girl at the front counter (Sophie) was incredibly welcoming and had amazing customer service. The room was clean, had an amazing view and was well equipped! We will definitely stay again when we are up from Sydney!

My family and I had a great time during our entire stay! The front office staff were exceptional, ensuring our comfort throughout. They acknowledged my IHG membership, granting me a complimentary room upgrade and a welcome drink featuring my favorite wine! The room was lovely, with a clean aesthetic and stunning views of the city and ocean. Special thanks to Abi, the front office supervisor, and Romeo, the front office manager, for their hospitality and attentiveness. I'll definitely be returning!

My friend and I booked a room here over the weekend. There was a long queue to check in but we were eventually served by Abby. Thank you Abby for the warm welcome and local recommendations. The room was nice and comfortable. During the stay we experienced a fire alarm and our whole floor had to evacuate. It went on for some time but another lovely staff member Erika reassured us and other guests of the situation (which ended up being a false alarm). Regardless, we still had a great stay. The beach was within walking distance and we also liked how the tram stops directly outside the hotel. Made things super convenient! Will definitely book again 🏝 🌞

Stayed here for our first family trip. Location is perfect. There’s a tram stop at the front door. Friendly staff from all departments and the room was spacious. Our 20 months old daughter loved the pool. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful holiday here in January 2024. We really liked the large room, large comfortable bathroom, balcony overlooking the ocean! Opposite the entrance to the hotel there is a tram stop, from where you can easily get (1 stop) to the necessary places: servers paradise, streets with a pedestrian area and chic restaurants, casinos, etc. The pedestrian promenade and the beach are 5-10 minutes on foot.
The responsive, friendly staff did not ignore our requests. I especially want to mention Daniyar. He was incredibly kind, he told us everything, helped us in all matters regarding the hotel and. Thanks to him, our trip was very comfortable and sincere.

Our family recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise, and it was an unforgettable experience! We had a fantastic room on the 23rd floor with a stunning ocean view that made every morning feel like a dream. The room was impeccably clean and well-maintained, which made our stay extremely comfortable.
The breakfast each morning was a delight, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at breakfast were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we started our day on a high note.
We would like to extend a special thanks to Danigar, the Hotel Duty Manager, who truly went above and beyond. Danigar is absolutely a legend—always friendly, approachable, and genuinely interested in making our stay the best it could be. His dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference in our overall experience.
We were enjoying our stay so much that we decided to extend our visit and stayed an extra night.

Best hotel we’ve stayed in! The view on our room was breathtaking day and night! Absolutely love it! Staff were very friendly and accommodating. We loved the buffet breakfast! Thank you for including fried rice it was delicious. I just wish the pool was heated or at least a little as it was always freezing. I will definitely stay here again in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend to families and friends.

The hotel is nice, and it's only a short walk from the beach. A special thank you to the manager, Romeo, for ensuring that we were properly accommodated and comfortable throughout our stay. He is a really nice and approachable manager. Also, thanks to Dani for assisting us during check-in and ensuring our satisfaction with the accommodation.

Amazing hotel . Very well located . Good spacious rooms and a very nice laundry facility. Thanks also to Mr Kunal Moudgil, hotel duty manager,who made our stay even more comfortable. Helped out a lot in arranging transportation as our Uber app wasn’t working. Really made it convenient to us. Even during check in he treated us to coffee and upon realizing we were on our honeymoon had complimentary drinks and snacks sent to our room. Great service. Would definitely recommend

Erica from reception was such a delight and she just showed the best customer service possible with her smile and genuine kindness and care.
Kunal from Guest services was a thorough gentleman and professional with dedication to his job and guests, always made sure we had a good stay and made every effort to see that we were comfortable.Thank you Kunal .
The housekeepers made our rooms efficiently every day .appreciate their hard work ..
The staff at the breakfast restaurant were smiling and ready to help always.
Special mention to one of the kiwi chefs ( sorry can’t recollect his name) who made the effort to talk and be as welcoming .
Also the Brazilian lady who was serving the eggs ( if I am right, Fernand was her name )
Service with a smile and getting to know your guests during breakfast was what she did best..( not forgetting the yummy omelettes)

Good rooms, pleasant staff, nice pool, well placed for beach and trams. Breakfast… OMG, excellent, and it has a juicer so you can make your own juices. Would stay again and highly recommend. Reasonable price.

Let themselves down with cleanliness of hall on 12th floor. Small point which didn’t affect my view of hotel. Guessing it was just missed!!

The hotel is nice! It’s near the beach, just a walking distance. A great hotel! We stayed here through one of the Jetstar flight and hotel packages, and found the check in process very easy. There was a mix up on Jetstar’s end with the booking, however, Tanzeem at reception was able to promptly fix this and offered us another room at no extra charge. We were very impressed with Tanzeem’s exceptional customer service. The rooms were immaculately clean, and very well maintained - our housekeeper Camila even left us a nice message on our first day! The reception and lobby areas are beautiful, as is the pool and spa - I can see these being idyllic on a hot day! There is also a complimentary tennis court, which is cool. The buffet breakfast was yummy, with a wide variety of food options and even a juicer. I will say that the gym area does have a bit of a subterranean vibe - you do get the sense it is not frequently used, and the lack of windows makes it feel a bit less nice than the rest of the hotel. Overall, would highly recommend! Thank you Tanzeem for helping us so much 🙏

Stayed for 2 nights with my friends and we booked a room with the ocean view. The view was nice from the room looking over the ocean and the river.

Service was amazing and very thoughtful. Thanks to Daniyar who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay.

The hotel is just in front of a tram station so it’s very convenient.

With considerations of this year being the second year of FURDU being run at this hotel. The staff have only been EVEN MORE helpful, and welcoming!

I could not talk more highly of their kind service and their calm demeanor they expressed, dealing with a few thousand rombuctious (but harmless) weirdos like us.

The rooms are quite nice too with amazing views and comfortable beds (I recommend a king single corner!). Great amenities (and our personal thanks for the lovely note left in room 506 from our wonderful housekeeping staff).

Id happily come back to Crowne Plaza for a personal holiday as well as for furdu 2025 next year. See you guys then!!!!!

The only big issue was the chrome cast not working all the con. But otherwise it was a good room.

Myself & my partner stayed here for 5 nights We were greeted by an amazing front office staff . Throughout our stay everything was impeccable , we had one bedroom apartment with spectacular views of the ocean and the hinterland the apartment was beautiful , clean , airy and very spacious, with a huge balcony .the location was great as we could easily access different places by foot or by taking trams . Buffet breakfast was absolutely delicious & a great variety of food staff was superb and very helpful .However what truly made our stay special at this hotel was the friendly staff specially Kunal the duty manager, he went out of the way to make our stay comfortable & pleasant he was always welcoming & approachable with a nice smile on his face .he helped us from the moment we arrived until we left . We will definitely be back next year . thank you Kunal & to your team for wonderful hospitality.
