She was very professional with a can-do attitude and understood the area and the apartment well. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better agent or a RE agency to help us find a new place.

Elevate are very professional. I'd been dealing with a lot of real estate people while trying to find a unit to rent. Some, basically, don't care. It's a numbers game. I found Rochelle at Elevate very easy to talk to when I met her. Elevate kept me up to date regarding my application and, after my successful application, were very good at organising the process until I moved in. Faith is now looking after my tenancy and I've found her great too. Very quick to reply to messages etc. I'd recommend Elevate to anyone looking for a new place to rent.

What a breath of fresh air Elevate Residential has been as property managers for a person renting. The property was left clean and smelled fresh, which was a great change from previous properties we have rented. Elevate Residential were fast to respond to any maintenance requests, and even had items to repair that we hadn't picked up on.
