Went in there to check out and purchase some fragrance and thank God I had Amber that day!! She was such an excellent help, and has amazing attention to detail whilst being so friendly! I have been there numerous times and not received that service at all. Myer-Quality service w/out the price tag! Thank you

I love this store, plenty of stock and good prices. Queues are long because it is popular. For the thousands of customers they serve there are only a few negative reviews. I find many customers to be terrible to dal with; pushy, grumpy and very demanding. People would not return if it was as bad as these reviewers claim.

I stopped shopping at this chemist years and years ago because I felt the customer service was lacking. But after having to run in on an urgent errand, they now have a customer for life. Jason and his staff are always so patient, kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you for the fabulous service!

Decent sized and spacious store compared to other Chemist Warehouses. The staff was friendly and offered help when I needed it. Only thing is that they should probably open more counters for check out when the queue is long.

This store was extremely busy when I popped in however the pharmacist made time to assist and the register staff were fast and efficient.

I had the best experience at chemist warehouse Bankstown, finally found a real teamwork from the workers over there, especially a lady named Iman from the cosmetics department, she helped find everything I need. She was very patient with me; I am travelling overseas and needed to get so many perfumes and presents. Iman’s help made my day and took that stress away from me, so I cannot thank her enough.

I went to this store this afternoon to have my flue jab. I was pleasantly surprised. My vaccination was administered by Ms Naba Al-jiboori. Even though I was very early, with a smile she said she will administer my jab shortly. She was polite, professional and very helpful. It would be great to have people like Ms Naba. Great value to have in an organization

I came in on Friday and the lady pharmacist at night was amazing she consulted me with all my needs . Also passed me onto the young lady in aisle 3 for skincare also helped me out heaps with all my needs. They were so lovely ,kind, amazing customer service and experience

Would like to give a special shout out to the staff at this chemist warehouse store . Had such a great experience with team members there ; especially Edita , Ramia and Breanna .

They took the time to listen to me and to help me select perfume , lotions and vitamins which were Vegan friendly .

The store is well presented and stocked with the cheapest big brand.

I purchased perfumes , shampoos , vitamins and vegan protein from this store !

Very friendly staff helpful at all times even when super busy, even security is very friendly and helps me to find the correct isles.

Big store, very busy at times filled shelves with products, naturopath on staff is a joke, not sure why she works there when had wrong advice given

Had a great experience at Chemist Warehouse today. Was looking at getting Elevit. So I Spoke to Marie and she carefully explained to me the different ingredient and what they actually do. She was so lovely and printed me information regarding folate and folic acid. She shown me a better option instead of just getting Elevit. I really wanted to thank her for being so helping and I think she deserves the recognition for her excellent customer service.

A good Pharmacy. You can buy everything you need from medications to gifts, beauty products, perfumes and cosmetics and so much more. Chemist Warehouse do really good specials and their prices in general are always very competitive. Great location.

Great customer service, friendly staff, went in to get some creams and the girl in Aisle 3 I think her name is Ramia, I had seen a commercial on TV bout a serum that is a filler and she knew straight away what I was talking bout, got it for me and expalined to me how to use it and asked me she could help with anything else

I placed an order online on Friday around 10.30 pm and chose a fast deliver option, it said I would receive by 12 pm tomorrow, I said it was a bullsh*t, but surprisingly, I received the order around 10.30 am on Saturday!!!

Always good the girls at the back of house and front of house are awesome some staff like to bully customers who don't speak English that are on the floor

I asked an to a staff call Marie she's very professional helpful they don't have the perfume but she checked if they have in other stores for me .😃😃😃

Shop is always neat no boxes on floor unlike all other chemist warehouse I’ve been to.
They have a great naturopath that provides free service
