Indooroopilly Childcare Centre | Journey Early Learning

This centre and it's staff are absolutely wonderful, this is my son's second childcare centre, we left the first due to feeling like there was things that could be better and boy did we find it. From the centre manager Michelle to the room educators, it's all been fantastic. The effort Michelle puts in for both her team and the children is phenomenal. Our staff in the toddler room are fantastic and keep us up to date on every bit of our sons progress and work collaboratively with us to set goals for him. The meals they are fed are as wonderful as the chef herself and the children have a variety of activities everyday fueled by the imagination of the educators. I highly recommend this centre!

My daughter loves to go this Center. I have been observing how is she growing since to go. . She has leaned lots, more confident, lots of words, animals sound, imagination. It feel like she thinks this is her second home. All the educators are fantastic and really care all the children. All update about the child I can see on the app.

My daughter always kicking me off the room when we got to the canter and waving say goodbye. That make me feel that she is very comfortable and will have a good time.

Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is Aiden’s second home. Seeing him with a big smile on his face and the endless stories of how his day been is so fulfilling. Hats off to Michelle, the manager who’s always been supportive not just to her staff but to parents and their kids. The loving and nurturing touch of each educator gave us the assurance that leaving our son under their care will put our hearts at peace.

Things I love about Journey Indooroopilly are the caring manager and educators, creative and fun programs and activities, fresh food made daily by the amazing chef on site and the small centre environment. Being a small centre, the manager Michelle and educators know most if not all the kids by name and that really makes the centre like a big family. For my child who is easily anxious in new environment, this small and friendly place is perfect to help her develop confidence and learn social skills. I thank every educator so much for helping my child settle during the transition periods, giving her cuddles and extra food to comfort her, and encouraging us as parents not to worry and giving us constant feedback. They also have lots of creative and water plays, group circle time, Happy Feet program fortnightly, some excursions to local library and parks etc. I also like how they have little details that help children to be more independent, like child size dining tables and chairs, ceramic bowls and plates, stainless steel cutlery etc. that help create a real (grown-up) world dining experience. My child would now put her dirty dishes away thanks to the routine she learned from this centre! ;)
I'd recommend anyone looking for childcare centre in the area to pay a visit to Journey Indooroopilly!

Journey Early Learning Center is one of the best childcare centers. I trust the care there. Welcoming environment, engaging and active learning. All staff and educators are friendly and helpful, especially Michelle is the backbone of this center.

Such a beautiful boutique childcare. The moment you parked your car, there’s lovely real plants and flowering plants. Once you open the door, there’s a big warm welcome to greet you by Sue the director. Coffee? They have it, too. Big rooms for children to explore. Wonderful team of staff that are friendly. The children here are happy and content, I heard not one cry for the 2 hours I stayed. Great centre

Sending our young one to Journey Indooroopilly was the best decision we took as parents. Seeing her transitioning from Nursery, Toddlers, Pre kindy and finally to Kindy so smoothly and without a single tear over 4 years says it all. The educators are super caring and understand the child. The centre management is transparent and daily online updates through the in house app keeps you connected with the child. The infrastructure is conducive for the development of children with both indoor and outdoor areas including sand pits and water play zones. The in house programs like Kindy science, Happy feet and Ginger sports makes the day of the child and keeps them excited and happy. Highly recommnend to all parents who are nervous and confused in the process of deciding the right day care centre. You cannot go wrong with Journey Indooroopilly.

My son started at Journey Indooroopilly earlier this year at just four and a half months old and I am so impressed by how much he has grown and developed with the excellent care provided. From Michelle and Rowena greeting you at the front door and knowing each child by name as well as where they're at in the Journey, to Sheridan in the nursery having exact knowledge of each individual child's daily routine, I know my son is in the best of care. He has grown into such an active and interactive boy but certainly not lost any of his cuddly sweetness. I can't recommend the team at Indooroopilly Journey Early Learning highly enough.

Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly is really a nice child care institution, I love the way the educators dealing with new entries, their patients and motivation really blows my mind. The indoor facilities and extra curricular activities they perform each Friday is pretty awesome. I love the way they get involved the child for communication. Finally, as a caring mum, I want to rate 5 stars to Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly.

I was very skeptical to send my daughter away from me since day one. But when I was introduced to Journey Early Learning by my friends, I didn’t take another day and booked a tour. The friendly educators made my daughter feel at home and it all started from there. I’m so happy that I found this childcare. The staffs are so friendly, and made this new journey for me and my daughter so smooth. They understood where I come from and my fear but they helped this transition so well. I highly recommend if you are looking for your kids better future. It all starts here. Thank you to the team for always being supportive. Multicultural environment. ✅

Great Childcare with wonderful teachers.
Since the beginning our transition we received lots of support and teachers did everything they could to make sure the transition was smooth.
Our son Zac never went to childcare before joining Journey so the transition was stressful and hard.
Fortunately we ended up in a good place with kind and warm people.
It’s great to see our own happy child’s smile.

My daughter has been going here for 2.5 years and my son 6 months or so. They love it here and I feel so confident and happy dropping them off knowing they are in the best and safest hands.

The educators are so lovely and passionate and it shows as my children run over to hug their educators straight away at drop off.

We are always greeted with happiness and energy. The centre is so bright and spacious and the food is made fresh and delicious.

Their Christmas and Halloween parties are also amazing!!!!

I love Journey Daycare Indooroopilly. The staff are really friendly and caring. The food they make for the kids is tasty (it seems from how popular it is) and healthy. I like that it is a relatively small daycare. They also do outside hours activities from time to time (their Halloween events are AMAZING). More recently they had a late afternoon even with a kids entertainer as well as staff doing other activities like face painting (which they did VERY well) It is also very convenient when older siblings go to ISS.

I have been with Journey Indooroopilly since 2019. Both my son and now my little girl have always come home with big smiles and bits of colour on their clothes. A sign of a great day!!
From the delicious food to the planned activities I have never worried that they are not cared for. The educators debrief you on the day alongside lots of photos. The kids love to sit before bed time and talk about their day while looking at all the photos!
I cannot recommend this childcare/kindy enough. Puts my mind at ease knowing she is with people who truly care about her well being.

Journey is a Wonderful Center as a whole. I have just began my journey as a student here in this Center and found how amazing the staff are with the children. The Staff made me so Welcome and felt like home the very first day.They all are so dedicated towards children and its exactly like how I have been taught, they apply here. The children are happy and so well trained and independent. They serve fresh hot yummy food that children enjoy. All staff are so well prepared with the routines of the children and treat them with lots of care. Looking forward for experiencing more amazing encounters here.

We are so pleased with Journey in Indooroopilly! From the very beginning when we were relocating from abroad to arrival in Brisbane, they have been fantastic in helping us get settled. Their enrolments team and the staff at the centre have been so personable, caring and helpful we really are so grateful for their responsiveness and welcome.

The educators have been fantastic in terms of the love and genuine care they show the children and for going the extra mile with settling them. You know who you are! We are so appreciative and really value the important part they play daily.

Sue has been awesome as well, so approachable and the dedication the parents receive has been amazing. So many other events and celebrations too, all cultures celebrated is just so welcomed and appreciated.

When you hand your children in the morning over you hand a piece of your heart and it is very comforting to know they will be cared for and considered during their time away. We thank all the staff for their care and support. You carry out an amazing role.

Walked through Journey Indooroopilly today, as we're looking for care in the near future for our new-born. The centre director was super warm, informative and answered all my questions without issue! The centre itself is modern, appears well equipped, and the staff (and kids!) are all super friendly.

I have two boys who attend Journey Early Learning Indooroopilly, they are in the nursery room, they both love it. Miss Courtney, Miss Yessica, Miss Baljinder and other staffs are attentive and caring and always make an effort to share with us my children’s progress both through the app and in person. Both of my children adore attending Journey and that is a huge relief for us as parents. I know that when my children are at Journey they are being genuinely cared for and provided with fun, interesting and educational experience.
