Mecca Maxima Indooroopilly

I visited the Indooroopilly Mecca maxima store today and was served by Ikhlas. She was so patient with me listening to what I needed for my skin care routine and explaining in detail how to apply and when. She also showed me some cosmetics which would work well with my skin products and I will definitely be back to buy them next time. It seems to be so hard to get a good consultant and customer service but today I was REALLY surprised :) One of the products I decided to buy was out of stock but Ikhlas arranged for it to be posted to my address once in stock which was super helpful ! I was served by the lovely Cami who provided outstanding customer service. Her knowledge of products was immaculate & she was able to recommend multiple items for everything I needed. She was both joyful & efficient & her passion for her job shows in her service. I ended up with so many exciting goodies to try! Can’t wait to come back to this Mecca!

Ickolas was a great help. She helped me understand what I needed for my skin and what I didn’t need. I don’t think I’ve had anyone explain products and educate me like she did before. Would recommend 100%

Went in during my lunch break to return a purchase from another Mecca where an employee recommended the wrong shade of product for my skin tone and the staff here were super kind and understanding! I was in and out in minutes with a product that suited me. Go here if you need to ask to staff anything, because they’re all so kind and patient!! Thank you indro Mecca <3

Had my makeup done at Mecca Cosmetica and it was the most fun experience! Jackie was my artist and she did such an amazing job. My makeup was the best it’s ever looked and she was also just delightful to talk to! She made the whole experience feel very personalised and took the time to hear about my skin concerns, what I was after and explained all the products she was using. 10/10 would book with her again!

Gazella at Mecca is an absolute gem! I went in not knowing much about makeup and wanted a professional opinion on some starter products.

She had a lovely chat with me and explained everything there is to know about different skin types and which products would work best for mine. She helped me try different samples and was just such a beautiful soul. I am more confident in my ability to identify products that will work for me - and so much more confident in myself as a result.

Always grateful for the lovely service of the Mecca staff. Even in the busy Christmas period with lots of customers in store, I was still greeted and offered assistance by multiple staff. Will always happily shop here :)

I visited the Indooroopilly store today with my children and was served by Cami who treated myself and both of my children with such kindness and respect. I had a 60 minute Mecca Natural makeup service yesterday with Mason and absolutely loved the end result. He asked plenty of questions to understand the look I wanted, and took into consideration the inspo pics I provided while tailoring the makeup to suit my features, skin type and nature of the event I was going to. Would definitely go back for future makeup services.

Quick response to buying gift vouchers. Beautifully presented. Web page for said cards had a few different entries so it was a bit clunky. Would like to order multiple cards to different addresses on single buy.

Vanessa was very helpful and lovely, she listened to my skin concerns, helped with some recommendations and gave me two generous samples for me to take home and try. The team are always so friendly, thank you!

Had such a wonderful experience in the Indooroopilly Mecca cosmetica store today, I went in to buy a voucher for a friends birthday but was looking around when I first went in, everyone made sure I was okay while I looked around and when I eventually went to the counter to buy the voucher I was served by Hayley (hope I spelt this right) she was amazing ! She was so bubbly and made a simple purchase of a voucher really enjoyable she then offered to put it in a nice box and added some samples for my friend, honestly the best experience I have had in any of the mecca stores.

I am not sure what was the name of the lady who was helping me but she was wearing a scarf on her head. I was looking for a lotion to pair with my fragrance( the same brand does not have a lotion so we were just looking for matching ingredients) she was so patient with me and she made sure i get what i wanted. I really appreciate her efforts. Thank u so much

The staff here are so helpful & have excellent advice. My make up has never been better, they have a good rewards system & you are never short of help- I am very greatful for all the help from.the wonderful staff. So glad to have started to come here. Also due to better products that suit my skin my application time & amounts of product used has dramatically reduced- I really recommend getting advice & letting the staff work their magic.

I was looking for a concealer. I had several concerns like flakiness, feel, coverage and what not. There was one girl who helped me find one. She asked one of her colleagues to help me. She could have left after that but she stood there, motivated me and promised me to send me happy and satisfied. You don’t find this often. The another girl realised if pores blurring primer is used then the concealer would sit properly and it worked. I finally got a concealer of my choice along with several other products. I would like to thank both of those girls. You were so patient despite of my pickiness.
