Very inviting as you walk in the door, easy to read with Chinese and English options. Great cocktail options, Bubble tea flavours available also. Edamame was great, dumplings just as good. All made with noticeably fresh and real ingredients with care. Extremely yummy.

Love this place. An intimate eatery on Brunswick.Can enter from the laneway, and there is seating outside as well. Perfect food and service. Watch the world go by on Brunswick while enjoying some tasty dumplings.

Excellent food and really good price. The beans are to die for and you must try. Best with a few people so you can share as there is so much try. Small relaxed place. Highly recommend

My first visit to Fat Dumpling.
I’m actually quite satisfied with quality of food here.
We had pork xaio long bao, shallot pancake, cumin lamb skewer and a won-ton soup.
Price is friendly. Would like to come back again.

Best dumplings in Brisbane. Haven’t tried the other main dishes but if you’re looking for dumplings that are taste authentic, you’re in the right place. Bubble teas are also a hit! We love the wonton soup, any of the dumplings - steamed, poached or fried, they are all good.

Took wife here for dinner the other weekend before going to Fortitude Music Hall.
Food was amazing!
We shared Shallot pancakes
(excellent), Stir fried green beans (wow delicious combo of flavours) Pork Xiao long Bao ( loved the hit of ginger) and fried prawn/pork and chives. We had a wine and beer each.
I look forward to going back with a larger group and trying more things.
My only negative feedback is to provide some water.

Really cute, authentic, little asian restaurant. Warm and wholesome vibe inside. Impeccable service, super fast and friendly! The food was amazinggg and great for sharing small plates. Gorgeous details even down to the branding on the chopsticks!

Had the most dumplings to date here! Dumplings here are made and cooked so perfectly that i am sure you will keep coming back for them lil' fatty dumplings. Do order the lamb skewers too!

The secret to this place is in the name.

The portions are very generous and full flavoured. Interesting combinations - fish and chives, chicken and asparagus - make it well worth a visit

Friendly staff and quick service are also a hallmark.
