Need to have patience, but Most are very friendly. There is a man at the front desk whom is very RUDE. He tells ppl the wrong thing! When really doesn’t know himself.

It’s very confusing how receptionists don’t answer the phone.. left on call waiting for over an hour during a quiet period, how do we know it’s quiet ? Because when we got there the receptionists weren’t doing anything and there’s no line. 🤨
Doctors are ok, some could do with retirement

They are way overpriced. I bought an antibiotic which is more than twice on other pharmacy. And the worst part is that manufacturing date is 1+ years ago and antibiotic is about to expire January next year.

It cost an arm and a leg fir antibiotic for $24, while other chemists charge only 6.99

Overpriced for my daughter antibiotic. Paying $24.20 for amoxicillin apo 125mg/5ml. Where other chemists sell it for $10-$12. When I asked why doubled the price, the pharmacist mentioned government recommended price. When I checked the gov website, the max price is $19.95. Never purchase from here again.

Products are overpriced and they only provide you a discount when you ask for a cheaper alternative or mention other prices available elsewhere, which is highly unethical. I can't imagine how many vulnerable people (especially the elderly, younger adults) who accept these prices without a doubt purely because they are not knowledgable of reasonable prices for their medication. I am aware that these prices compensate for longer trade hours, however, it is not right to provide non-discounted medication when it is available to the customer without their knowledge, just for them to pay the highest price.
