The front cashier was exceptionally helpful and friendly! Amazing customer service, even taking the time to take us around the store and explain the deal and promotions!

I later saw her greeting other customers like family. She built a real sense of community within the store.

Brand new Priceline store at very nice and convenient location. I found staff of this store very helpful and courteous.

Went for my booster shot today, the pharmacists were super friendly.

Go straight to the pharmacist counter at the back and let them know of your booking.

You will need your Medicare card and ID, such as driver licence.

There are 4 chairs set up at the back, this is where you go and wait, so I would recommend people to only go in 10 minutes before their booking.

They asked and double checked all our details and also provided us additional information on the shots, the dosage, the side effects.

So, in short, super friendly, excellent service, deserves nothing less than 5 stars.

I needed to upgrade my reading glasses as I was struggling with the strength that I had. The lovely young Male Pharmacist came to my aide and helped me choose the right strength as he sorted through the options with me. He was a very patient, polite and well mannered young man where you don’t see this very often now unfortunately. I cannot speak highly enough of him. Customer service 10/10

Best Pharmacy in Bankstown, unlike next door rival Chemist Warehouse.

I came to Priceline after being spoken to rudely at Chemist Warehouse, so I went into Priceline and asked the pharmacist a question who did everything in his power to accomodate good first impression.

Second impression, I called in asking what time they were closing i realised I would be 40 minutes too late but you know what it wasn’t a problem the pharmacist waited for me and made me feel so welcome THIS is a true example on how business gains a customer for life. Keep up the great work

I look after an elderly lady and we get all her medications from here, she has been coming to this chemist for 15plus years and they always treat her so well. Really lovely people
