Cosmos we’re extraordinary and brought to us as it was off peak and a colleague and I were celebrating a wonderful working week.

Really great place and lovely staff, $5 pints in the sports bar with a few games of pool is the best way to end the day especially with the music box and lovely staff. Bartender Josh always super nice and friendly. Would highly recommend.

A very well oiled machine is the varsity Lakes tavern.
Popped in for two meals in the last month.

The whole table had fantastic, well presented meals. All meals cooked to order, fresh fries, salads fresh and well dressed.

On both occasions we were surrounded by customers enjoying their meals and beverages. This safe environment is impeccable on a night out now.

The staff all very personable and attentive. Special mentions to the tall manager on duty. He was doing a fantastic job crossing the T's and dotting the i's.

Was here for the first time a little over a week ago for dinner with friends. Food was delicious service was fantastic Awesome atmosphere so we are heading back again this weekend.
Manager Keely really made us feel welcomed good honest Hotel feel.

Ana, Shelly and Tina are always here making sure everyone is well taken care of. Sundays are great for a good feed, genuine people and a great atmosphere. These girls just know how to create a good time!

I would recommend this place they make the BEST southern fried chicken burgers ❤. And has a nice environment.

We recently celebrated my Brother-In-Law's wake celebration here and what a fantastic venue with superb staff and quality food. Our family from NZ could see why he and his family and friends spent a lot of time here eating, catching up and watching sports on the many screens provided. The entrance and atmosphere was relaxing, inviting and comfortable.
Our person of contact was "Tina" and she was just absolutely amazing and supportive with organising the venue during our time of grieving. She made everything easy and was kind enough to close off a large section of the bar, reserved just for our guests. Tina and her team put nothing in the "too hard basket" and accommodated us and our crowd very well.
Considering the sad occasion, VLT definitely helped to make it a more joyous farewell and celebration for a well loved man.
We will definitely be back next visit to the GC!

Just want to compliment Anna and Shelly on their amazing service They make the atmosphere awesome.
Just wish they had live music on the weekend, would definitely become a regular if they did.

Went here twice last week sunday arvo beers and reef and beef then Wednesday night for birthday pre drinks.

The staff service was fast courteous and friendly.

Beers cold, wine serving generous and awesome cocktails for an 18th.

Meals were fast hot and fresh

I was recently in with my family and had the most pleasant time. the staff were all so friendly and the food was top notch.

$15 pot and parmi I mean are you kidding me this place is doing more to help the cost of living crisis than Woolies and Coles. Parmi was actually really good too and Josh at the bar sure knows how to pour a gold. Upya josh keep up the good work young fella.

Great environment and amazing staffs! Rob and Charlotte were super kind making a nice non-alcohol drink for me and my friends! All staffs were really lovely and friendly! Excellent service and delicious food.

We love coming here as a family for an easy quick dinner. Lisa at the bistro is always so accommodating and friendly, just brilliant.

You can’t go past a $15 Pot & Parmy and a $5 pint from the Sports bar. Staff are courteous and helpful. Bring a jacket in case you can’t handle cool air conditioning.

Visiting from Sydney with a big family group. Food was delicious, drinks served quickly and the staff were friendly. Tidy, neat venue with a kids play area. Would recommend.

We have been coming here for years as it's our local pub and it has improved vastly since its establishment. The new options and rotating menu always please especially recently. I had the full rack of ribs when I went last and it was fall off the bone goodness. If you like your ribs saucy I would recommend getting some extra on the side as there was just enough to coat the ribs and nothing more. I enjoy myself every time I come here and the staff are always so welcoming.
