Limassol Motel

Staff were friendly and very helpful. Room was much bigger than expected and very clean and comfortable. The barbeque area was well equipped and clean, perfect for our breakfast cooking. The pool was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend this motel for families.

The family who work at the Limassol motel are more than accomodating, are so friendly and nice! They look after their visitors and are cool with kids and just all round amazing! It was SO bittersweet to leave! Me and Ollie will miss you guys! Thankyou for having us!!

The rooms are clean, spacious and more than we bargained for with the 2 separate beds! There’s a big bench space and bar seats wihich was amazing! But also in some of the room they have a table to sit at to eat! They have great channels on tv and wifi! The have a communal area to sit and have a bbq / smoke and all the kitchen needs to cook! I love how they had multiple bins and even had a 10cent Tom bin! And there’s a pool! Upstairs there’s verandahs to smoke the air conditioning was lovely and there was great privacy! It’s so quiet you wouldn’t even notice anyone staying there except the packed parking lot!

Also the staff are vigilant and don’t take crap they have heaps of cameras installed also watching the cars so you can sleep easy knowing the staff are always looking out for you! I felt very safe during my stay and treated very fairly and helped so much! I loved the decor so much it was nice to see the effort put into the rooms!

It’s close to the bus stop with the main bus running from Harbour town biggera waters all the way through to Southport, surfers and SeaWorld! It’s so easy to get around and close to places to eat and dine! It’s also walking distance to the petrol stations, maccas, baskin robbins and multiple fish and chip shops, restaurants like the grand hotel and the park and water! There’s a lovely scenic view of the lights of the Gold Coast at night but also during the day is lovely too! You can see SeaWorld across the water! So happy with my stay and very grateful to the staff at the Limassol! Thankyou so much!

We stayed for nearly a week while on holiday. Cannot fault the staff in any way; we were always spoken to politely. Our room was clean and nicely set up when we arrived. The motel itself was local to everything we needed. Would definitely book in again.

Amazing people work at this hotel!!! The room we stayed in was lovely!! The ladies ( family) that were working there made me smile!! I stayed there after the pandemonium concert at Broadwater parklands… would definitely recommend anyone to stay there and if k go to the coast again I know where I will be booking at:) Thank you guys so much for just being you!! The swan towel omg!!!

The hosts were very helpful and friendly.
Rooms were adequate and reasonable value for the price.
Clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking.
And it's very close to good eateries.
I would happily stay there again.

Friendly staff. Were very helpful and considerate. Good location. Very comfy beds. Great pool. We were only there for one night so didn't take full advantage of the amenities. Rooms have a fridge, fans, air conditioning and our room had a small balcony which was nice. Great value.

Very kind people run the place, and the room is very comfortable and clean.

Excellent customer service. And breakfast was a home cooked meal and on time so we could get on the road.
They went extra mile to accommodate us and trailer, they also stayed up later for our check in, as our travel plans were delayed unexpectedly.
Hard to find good old fashion service, but these guys get a thumbs up from me.

The first thing I noticed was the most scrumptious vanilla and blossom perfume flowing through reception, followed by big smiles and a warm welcome.

The rooms were immaculate! I was super impressed by the cleanliness and colour scheme. They have clearly hit the jackpot with their cleaners. Owners are very kind, helpful and friendly. If you need anything you will find everyone is very approachable.

A great selection for breakfast and whoever is making the eggs, awesome job. Pool is crystal clear and very enticing.

We stayed here for one night (last night!) and it was hands down the friendliest, comfiest place we have stayed on the Gold Coast so far! The room was a good size, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The owners were absolutely lovely and every interaction we had was friendly, warm and welcoming. Our first choice for any future stays!

This was a great stay, we booked a room the morning of and still the owner was fully accommodating. The beds were comfortable and the entire motel was super clean. Would stay again and thanks so much to the awesome owners. Would rate 6 out of 5 stars

The staff are all wonderful, accommodating and friendly. Very clean and functional rooms. Big, comfy beds. Suited our large family well. Great location close to the beach, restaurants, convenience store. Would happily stay again!

I stayed here 15 years ago, loved it then - rooms have been upgraded, staff are fantastic! Great pool, brilliant location, I appreciate the personalised service. Wouldn't hesitate to return!

At the last minute we decided to stay at Limassol Motel instead of the 2 hour drive home. We were immediately welcomed by kind genuine people who empathised with my emotional day. They gave me some clothes to wear and toiletries so I could freshen up and change. The room was clean and very comfortable and included tea, coffee and real milk.
I highly recommend staying at Limassol Motel and give top stars. We will stay again.

The room was beautifully presented. One of the cleanest showers i have seen. Lovely friendly owner and staff. Would highly recommend. Have stayed previously and found the standard very high and the price good.
