I would like to show my appreciation to all at Varsity family practice. Especially to Kim Hopper at reception. I have had a need to phone the practice for various reasons on several occasions. Often to request information from a past referral and I have encountered Kim on most occasions. She is always friendly and happy to assist. Kim always goes above and beyond to provide the information required and I am always so grateful.
Thank you again Kim for searching out the ultrasound report I needed for my eye specialist ... even at 5pm on a Friday, when you were no doubt about to finish up for the day.

Dr Khine Kyaw is amazing. He looks after all our family and leaves no stone unturned. Has a wonderful bedside manner and very professional and thorough.

A great medical practice with Hayley in charge of the team and I can thoroughly recommend the doctors, nurses and support staff.

Small practice with plenty of free parking out front & down side lane. Short waiting time & our Dr John Bailey is very understanding & doesn't rush you out the door . I can certainly recommend this practice .Reception staff very friendly & helpful. (bonus , some excellent cafes within walking distance )

Our first child had her 6 week immunisations today. Dr. Jonathan Bailey was very attentive and thorough as our daughter had an ear infection earlier in the week. He is extremely knowledgeable and is very good at communicating his thought process which made us feel at ease. The nurses were exceptional at making us feel comfortable as we were a bit anxious about her first injections and were very gentle with her. I highly recommend Varsity Lakes Family Practice to anyone as they have been very user friendly and caring towards their patient needs. 5 stars 🌟

We've been seeing Dr Natasha Gould the last 9 months during my pregnancy and now with a newborn. She has been fantastic! She is very knowledgeable in women's health/pregnancy/newborns, we leave every appointment happy with our service. The receptionist ladies today were also fantastic in fitting us in with an appointment after I had a baby brain moment and came in on the wrong day. Thank you Varsity Lakes Family Practice

I highly recommend this practice!
They are all so nice, friendly, and helpful, from the front desk ladies to the doctors.
Their appointment are not 10 min in a rush, they care about you, they listen and give their best.
Natasha Gould is exceptional, never had such a kind doctor, she is thoughtful, careful and 100% with her patients.

Dr Soroor and the team at Varsity Lakes Family Practice have been fantastic. Dr Soroor is a brilliant and well educated doctor, especially in women's health. She is a fantastic active listener, and is sure to ask me what I feel is best for my health. The nursing team is equally amazing, having just had an iron infusion earlier this week. The front office admin and reception make you feel welcome and are quick to process payments and make appointments. Thank you Dr. Soroor and Varsity Lakes Family Practice Team!

Always a warm welcome and extremely helpful and kind from all members of staff, this practice has a really family vibe to the place. Quick to get appointments, love that I can book online. never kept waiting long and never felt like I was rushed during my appointment.
Even my 4 year loves going to see his Dr Catherine!

After wanting to find a new doctors surgery for so long, I decided to go to Varsity Lakes Family Practice and I am very impressed and definitely will be back! The whole process from booking to being greeted at reception and sitting in the waiting room was easy and hassle free. I really liked that it wasn’t too busy and easy to get into. I had my appointment with Dr. Nouri who was not only lovely and caring, but also thorough and informative. As someone who doesn’t like going to doctors appointments, I feel comfortable and happy to go back!

I’ve been seeing Dr Natasha Olsson for the past year and can’t recommend her highly enough! After my regular doctor of 15 years retired I had concerns of finding anyone even close to his experience …. Dr Olsson is thorough and extremely compassionate and empathetic…you never feel rushed and always leave feeling a sense of relief that you are being looked after by a doctor who is knowledgable and experienced. I’ve been with this clinic for a long time now, and every single doctor there are amazing. Super friendly and down to earth. Dr Catherine is very loved by myself and family, shout out to the Nurses Corrina and Brooke as well you rock!

Wow, a doctor with a heart! Made an appointment here as my regular GP couldn't see me. And, was very surprised and impressed by Dr Lee, who took the time to have a chat and be a human and real, and shared some of her own story with me (about a dog walking incident - who can relate but another dog owner!). I found Dr Lee caring, professional and explained in detail the treatment that I needed. Thank you so much. Also, reception was friendly and professional. I highly recommend this practice.

First time to this practice- chose it due its great reviews and am pleased to say it has lived up to them. Dr Bailey was very friendly and took the time to learn about the medical history of our son. He was also very personable with both children. I also saw Dr Nouri who was equally friendly and thorough. Highly recommend.

Our family have used this practice for a couple of years now and have always found the doctors friendly and attentive. The previous practice was always very clean and relaxed however their new practice is much more modern, clean and bright. The receptionists are polite and efficient and we are very rarely taken much after out appointment time. We are glad we found Varsity Family Practice!

I've had dozens of GP's in my lifetime but I have never been to better doctors than the ones at Varsity Lakes Family Practice. I highly recommend Dr. Natasha Olsson if you are seeking an incredibly kind, understanding, attentive, and knowledgeable female doctor. Even when she's busy and running behind she goes the extra mile and take the time to listen and recommend the best treatment.
Everyone at the practice is so friendly and the place is always so clean. They also have free off-street parking!

I was referred by my daughter to see Dr Quirk. An absolute breath of fresh air compared to other Drs I've seen over the years! I did not feel like just another number, she made me feel very comfortable and is genuinely very caring and compassionate. Will definitely be coming here for all of my future health needs. Thank you!
